Not sure when the judge hands down the monetary judgment or how much it will be.....but when that news comes out bet your bottom dollar this stock price takes a hit. How long that hit stays who knows. I just hope it does not come out near or on cc which is always a possibility.
Not sure this was at the appellate level. I would think an appeal by SIRI would be the next step.

its was heard in L.A. Calf. Superior Court. Yes siri will appeal they have no choice, but based on what i read in the article and there was not much procedural stuff in it....It did not state what monetary damages were awarded to the turtles. If it is even remotely close to what the turtles were asking (100 million)...those headlines will drive the stock down...again for how long? a day? week? who knows. God forbid if siri loses at the appellate level when that times comes. Not trying to be a fear monger here...but this just does not sit wellOriginally Posted by denco1
Thanks for the responses. Value the opinions. As usual - when it feels like bad news - even potentially really bad news the stock does the opposite and goes up. Although i don't see this pre 1972 ruling being reported on the major news sites like I would have expected.
depends what your definition of kicking ass is? for me 3.65 to mid 3.50 area is not kicking ass. If kicking ass means why is siri up 3 or 4 cents today...not sure. News of turtle lawsuit has not hit major news wires from what i can see yet.
