    Oh it's no problem Slapshot I just wasn't sure I said something like that and if I had I wanted to know where / why. I'm of the opinion they will only announce what they HAVE to announce. Debt offering would be required and it's one of the things that they can't be quiet on.

    In my opinion, though, given that news of a debt offering would likely move the stock up, especially given current technical conditions, I'd think they are using the revolver to buy back and will fire off a debt offering later / pay back the revolver with it.

    august auto numbers look good so far .........there should be an upgrade to sub numbers considering where were at as of 2nd Q and what they have conservatively guided .......at least by the next earnings call if not before
