I sent those CO#KSUCK$RS an email......SIRI that is....a couple of weeks back through investor relations. Basically I told them the next time they were going to fk with the longs and hammer it down to buy back on the cheap, to let me know so that I could go short or at the very least, sell my margin so that I would not get screwed so hard while they did the obvious......I guess I was dead on to call those POS out for their conspicuous absence while they pulled us down to buy on the cheap.

Hey guys! Boy did they ream us! I guess SiriusXM likes to stay in a continuous state of litigation. I unloaded most of my SIRI shares in IRA's in ah, think I will get an opportunity to buy them cheaper next week once the dust settles. If not, still have my core. Good luck and Happy New Years! And yes, Malone is a big ole Douche Bag. I hope the asshole has a heart attack over the weekend. Just kidding, but a bad case of heartburn would work.

EDIT: How can you be sooooo sure AAPL has no interest in SIRI.......26mn subs and a leg up on the telematics front and the DASH.....sounds tempting for the BIG FISH to take a bite out of the SIRI.....apple.

Nothing is impossible. I just find it highly unlikely as someone who has been following Apple (the company and the stock) for 12 years. Call it "my gut" which is just an unconscious gathering of knowledge. Apple buys sexy and SiriusXM is not (dont hate me) sexy.

I agree. Liberty needs to strengthen their balance sheet for the Time Warner bid. This is the easiest way. Malone did not become a billionaire by being stupid. This offer is exactly where he needed it. Any bump we get over that will be short covering. I will sell into it and then buy back lower.

How do we have a choice, they own 52% or better plus debt. There was no f'n way they could buy 40% us for a high interest loan and they did. I hope you are right, but I think the arbitrage is playing the short covering.

There are a lot of BIG minority institutional holders that probably feel they were FKD just like I do..The majority of the minority must agree to the price of the buy out......or whatever you want to call this SCAM..

EDIT: The majority share holder is MALONEDONGFACE of course. The other 48 % is owned by REETS to the tune of about 22% and institutions to the tune of about 26%
