    Getting frustrated trying to find answers

    I've been trying for a week to find an answer to my question and found this great forum. I have two Sirius subscriptions. I was hoping to have my local Toyota dealership install the sirius kit to my JBL w/ Navigation head unit that came with the car. Toyota no longer sells the Sirius kit, only XM. Can I transfer my second Sirius subscription to the XM kit or would I have to sign on to a new XM subscription? My subscriptions are annual with Sirius. I was told at Best Buy that you can purchase any XM hardware and use it with your Sirius subscription, but I don't trust that answer. Thanks for any help.

    You definitely can not use a sirius subscription on xm hardware... at least, not yet.

    Just because Toyota doesn't sell the kit, doesn't mean you can't get it. Is your JBL head unit Sirius ready?

    I have made wonderful friends and learned invaluable information on
    a wide variety of subjects, not just Sirius stock. And hopefully I have
    given a few good weather reports along the way.
    I know it can be a thankless job but know I for one, am appreciative of
    your hard work and efforts.
