Well, I'm a little wary of that. The underlying aspect of the Democrats is that they represent the
visible hand of capitalism - those that succeed due to personal responsibility and self sacrifice have to pay the way for those that don't. To your credit Candleman, in last weeks Parade it is stated that only 47% of American households pay federal income tax (this household is one of them). Here's the article.

I'm reading a very interesting book that I think you'd appreciate. It's called
How an Economy Grows and Why it Crashes by Peter Schiff. You may recall that I posted a link to a You Tube clip with his prediction that the real estate bubble was going to burst.
What I like about this book is that it isn't Democrats vs. Republicans (though there is an undertone with a reference to "social utopeans" - one can understand what that's all about). It's about economics 101 - Keynesian vs. Austrian theory. Check it out.
