LT yeah looks like we both are in deep with SIRI and the "Q". SIRI's run has been nice...I was expecting a pull back at some point...with earnings coming out next week I hope we move a bit more. I may be avg a bit lower than .20 as I just did the taxes on these. I had as many as 50k shares last year with alot of buys in teens and a few in the .20's and .30's. I sure wish I still had those now.

Let hope we never see this under a buck again!!!!

Have a great weekend all!!!!! I'll try to post scenery pics this weekend!!!!

State finals coming up? I just logged in to see how my high school is doing. I was on the last state championship team, it's been over 20 years. We were the kings for a long time, but got a new anti-sports principal/vice principal the year I was a senior, and they killed it, then the head coach passed away. We have a new good one, but there is now a new team that has some supercoach, so they have started a new dynasty, but at least we've been finishing 2nd - 4th now. For a while after I left, we were at the bottom because of that anti-sports vibe... it was so sad.

    Hey Dave

My oldest is in middle school, so we have a few more yrs of wrestling before high school. Luckily hes got 5 yrs of freestyle and Greco wrestling behind him so it should be an easy transition. Yeah if I could go back 20 yrs when I was wrestling, those were fun times!!!

Sounds like he'll be a beast in the future.... all the kids that did that before high school were terrors. I didn't start until jr. high, and I don't think I did the freestyle/greco until I was a sophomore, since I didn't know it existed... funny too, as the coaches never mentioned it in jr. high, nor did the kids that did it in jr. high. Our high school coach had a team, but not many were on it, there was a different coach who ran a team out of his garage, and his son and friends helped coach, they were the previous state champ team. Anyway, you're kids will be terrors.

The Bass is back! If it ends up being a hassle, I was about to set up some webspace for a blog - might be able to figure out how to set up permissions to allow you to upload and so you can post your charts here... I need to stop using my work web space to post charts here myself.

thx julie. good to be back.

dave that would be a big help, let me know how much , ill split the cost with you. i can paypal you $.

anyways, doing my usual scanning. check out ZION (zions bancorporation).

textbook cup and handle on the daily, 6 month chart. good action friday with a close at 61 % fib line (top 20.57 bottom 15.16) also bounce on 61% fib on setting (top 20.57 bottom 12.51).

excellent friday candle , im looking for momo to increase, if it does im jumping in for a daytrade ( using margin so closing out position by EOD) , if it starts off with weakness then i'll just wait, this one is screaming for a breakout.

speaking for myself, margin has made me a better trader, im more active but im doing stronger t/a and jumping in on the breakouts as opposed to going long and anticipating one, im also using tight stops.

my rule, whenever trading use tight stops, accept the small losses because when you ride momo up, they will more than cover losses you incurred. dont be a knucklehead and refuse to accept losses no matter how minmal they are. get over it and wait for the next buy signal. repeat until success.
