I have had a buy in on GSAE today for 1,000 @ $0.61. I don't think it will fall that far...but I'm patient enough to find out.

Patience pays off a lot of times. I hope it doesn't go down that far (for my sake), but if it does then you will have made a good purchase. Oh, I finally looked..I picked up 535 shares yesterday...not big, but not bad.

I found this on the Shrub, I don't know how valid it is. Written by Prodigy 34469 October 1. 2009

    Am I reading this right?

Was re-reading this paragraph and it sounds like the acquisitions won't close until next year. That can't be right.

Item 4 Management’s discussion and analysis or plan of operation.
During the next year, Quasar Aerospace Industries plans to pursue a
selective growth strategy. The Company will close the six acquisitions
    that are currently in progress.
In addition, Quasar will evaluate and
improve the synergies that result from having them under the corporate
    umbrella.

I'm holding qasp for now. Removal of the stop sign is good they actually have a product that you can see and they are selling, real money. I'm in untli the aquisitions are complete then I will probably exit hopefully making a few bucks. I need it to be .029 to break even and I think that is very attainable.

OK. maybe a strategy change with this tidbit. Obviously more DD is needed but if it is true I'm out until we get closer to closing the aquisitions. I wonder if it's six additional aquisitions? If I'm not mistaken I thought we were waiting for the closure of 2 more aquisitions that were postponed, or was it 4. I don't remember it being 6 though.

Higher than .029 is obtainable. It is a great stock from what I can see. I am just getting kind of antsy. I finally figured out that they went from a stop sign to a yield sign. I didn't even realize that they had a stop sign before. When I first found this stock I was sold on the principals and Bass liked it too....speaking of which...where is Bass? I haven't heard a word from him. Does anybody know?

I would sure like to hear from him.

QASP is in great financial shape. They are paying cash for simulators and such..and they don't come cheap.

We definitely need to do some more DD to clear this up.

    aquisition info from qasp pr

We would like to also update shareholders on the closing of our acquisitions. It is critical to do the
four acquisitions as a single transaction on a single day. Doing otherwise would lead to excessive
transactional fees and duplication of expenses. With the obvious complications of closing four
acquisitions at precisely the same time on the same day, we have to find a day and time that is
good for all parties and their support and legal teams. We will be soon choosing a day and time that
is acceptable to all concerned. While we tried to make all of this happen for Friday, August 28,
2009, it simply is not possible. We will provide an update when it is prudent.
These first four acquisitions of these well established aviation and aerospace related businesses will
add an estimated $150 million to Quasar's revenue and $33 million in EBITDA for the Company's
fiscal year 2010. The first group of acquisitions are only the beginnings of the Quasar Aerospace
conglomerate as we are actively pursuing other ventures within the aerospace industry.

I'm not sure where the shrubber got his info that talked about 6 aquisitions, this press release only point to 4 to be closed on the same day???
