I just said 'F' it - submitted a market (when was the last time I did that?) order for the remaining Spongee shares.

I am officially O.U.T. of Sponge.

net net -- I'm still about $2.00 above -- woo woo - digging in the change jar, I can get myself a shot of espresso in the morning ;-)

Starting tomorrow, I'm going to be looking for an exit on the BCLE & QASP.

150k(ish) bcle & just under 30k QASP --- not really sweating it if I lose a few bucks this time around.

Time to weed the garden...well, except for our little 'shooting star' - SIRI

I'll be back in the market in the spring, likely.

As for youse guys --- I'm not going anywhere. I like you too much --- I'll probably tune in more on the weekends, however, for the fireside chats.

My hope is that Bill will calendar the evenings that he has his MM -- better yet, how about one Saturday per month, we all have a drink together?

Anyway...my hope is that one of you cats bought my spnge shares & that you turn it into A New Car! (insert classic Bob Barker tone, here)

    Hey Ramsey:

Great post. To everything there is a season....and one should never waste a season watching toddlers turn into teenagers. The Market will be ready whenever you return. Good luck on your move to Chicago. It's my favorite place on earth...I was born there and my heart has always been there. I travel back a few times a year just to keep the embers burning, but couldn't live there, in the lifestyle I would want to enjoy, without Oprah money...lol. Hopefully one day the pennies will get me a nice condo on lakeshore overlooking the lake.

Good luck, take care and drop in periodically to let us know you're still with us...

Thanks Bill & Big Sandy -- warms the cockles, it does...

I feel quite at home, here, and don't plan on *going* away from the forums...just moving away from the pennies that cost me more than dollars

    ***

My wife teased me a little, earlier, though.

As I related my decision, she just looked at me...didn't say a word -- except "does that include Sponge?"

I had to admit that I will be watching the bubbles to see what happens.

Should our little cellulose friend do what I think, then I'll likely take a long position with it.

The basic scenario that I'd like to see is the rev-split hits, it tanks quick, I buy back in, and *then* they release the 10k to breathe life back into it.

The operative words being "basic" and "life".

The only reason that I'd go *there* with spng is that I feel strongly that they're doing good stuff and doing it the *right* way.

    but anyway...

I mentioned that my boy and I hit the music store on Saturday. We took a trip down to the harbor, yesterday, for a little music and photo-op. Good times...I'm going to attempt to upload a pic. You might notice that he's a joker...the harmonica is backwards - on purpose.

I am keeping my eye on MBVG tomorrow...if you are bored out of your mind, then this might be something to do. Our same old 4 stocks are boring to the max, so let's reach out and do something with a profit. All ideas are welcome.

For anyone still following MGLG.... NPR is doing a whole week on Natural Gas in the US. It was funny hearing MARCELLUS SHALE FORMATION on the radio this morning instead of in a PR. Anyway, Here is the story. I am forwarding it to Karen, hopefully she can take a hint...

    Hey Ramsey,

Sorry for the 'me too' here but ... Reading what you wrote yesterday warmed the heart over here, a man with his priorities well intact ...

Candleman you had me cracking up yesterday as well, what a great fit you are here!

Greg, the BEHL thing ... there you go, that makes much more sense now and what I had originally understood it to be. Got so busy yesterday that I was only able to grab bit's and pieces but man did the kiddies run off on that one.

Bill, boring? Boy, I don't know ... We got the built in tension with the sponges today since it is "D' day for the R\S ... Unless I have missed something prior, some sort of news or changes ought to be forthcoming .... the delayed 10K.

QASP - Has the buyback begun or is today the day? A lot of speculation surrounding the whole matter of closings ... yesterdays odd behavior ... anticipation seems to be the word (especially now that I have sunk a decent chunk into this.)

EVFL - Haven't even caught up with the latest twist and turns in this drama ...

BCLE - I haven't followed along very well lately ...

Miggle - OK, well ... they make boring look exciting.

SIRI - Getting tougher by the day after all that the blue dog has been through - Shoot even the latest Fool article was handled with great aplomb by the comments that followed, I was impressed especially when it didn't appear to be coming from the usual suspects that frequent the 'main boards' best I could tell anyway.

Maybe my perspective is altered due to this rash inducing business that keeps me from doing anything but trying to catch up at lunch or after hours for the most part ... Yesterday felt like a bombardment but just distilling all this here like this is making me realize that not much really happened as far as the SP's ... hmmm

Buzz up! 0 Print.Companies:SpongeTech Delivery Systems, Inc.
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SpongeTech® Delivery Systems, Inc. (“SpongeTech”) “The Smarter Sponge™”, (OTCBB: SPNGE - News) today announced that its Board of Directors has decided to cancel its previously announced reverse stock split until after the Form 10-K for the Company’s fiscal year 2009 has been filed.

CEO Michael Metter said, “We originally planned for the reverse stock split to take effect after the filing of our Form 10-K for fiscal 2009 to give our shareholders the opportunity to evaluate our financial performance and growth prospects first. In light of the delay in filing, we have decided that to proceed with the reverse stock split would not be in the best interests of our shareholders
