These MM's are sneaky. They are required to show at least 5,000 unless they have less. So they go 5,000 over, over and over again and people are not even aware of it. Now those big ones with 21 million and 15 million are probably pretty honest. I think they should have to show it all, but they are not required to.

That is why a lot of times it seems like 5000 ask NITE sits there forever and a day.

So does it seem that they are trying to sell off a big chunk, drive down the pps and buyback cheaper?

At least it is doing something, still seems practically absurd to be down at this level.

Went tooling around the shrub and that other fine source of investment commentary - Google - And the consensus is ... "This week" for Miggle news, I just wanted to be the first one to break it here ...

Sigh, are we in for a whole month of this sort of drudgery?
    Hey Tib,

    It is boring as Hell!

The "Real" question is...what kind of B.S. is miggle going to throw at us? It has taken them so long to come up with a story that I have become really skeptical. If they had something that was really good, then there would be PR's all over the place pumping for a higher stock price. Putting out a PR is like getting a root canal for miggle's people and snails...Unfortunately.

They manipulate it both ways. These clowns make money either direction. MM's are a catch 22. You need them for stability, but they can kill you also. They do all kinds of shady shit. Sometimes I feel like taking NITE and choking it by the neck. They give shares away just to drive the price down and then turn right around an bring the price back up, meanwhile, stockholders get taken to the cleaners.

Yes, they are both pretty lame! "The tea leaf readers and the snail". That could be a good book title.

Yeah, it is a bit suspicious that this is turning into more of an appeasement it seems than just something coming over the wires ... "unannounced". Of course they made that bed themselves by making a promise they couldn't keep. Been thinking about Karen here as well ... In all honesty, I am wondering if we are not shooting the messenger if, in reality that is all that she is ... She can only release the information the company wants, when it wants to ... IF it wants to.

    2 more days ...
