spng filed the NT-10k stating that they require additional time to file the 10k...the only place i found it was here www.otcbb.com and you type in spng then click filings..
interesting part of the extension was this wording...

unbelievable to me that it didn't break .20 today, totally, ive never seen a "penny" stock not take a massive hit after a 45% runup and then what could be considered bad news...(not filing on time)
some speculation from the internets is that the new accounting firm wanted to glance at the 10k before it was filed and they found a spot where they could improve the bottom line with the overseas taxes (i did not talk to investor relations, just repeating internets chatter)
Also, that $70MM first quarter blew my mind, that was $10MM more than i was thinking...though it was my fault for not adding in the last two weeks of august
i don't even want to take a guess on what might happen tomorrow, after it not budging at .20 today i have no idea where its headed...the fact they filed a 10k extension could be looked at as good that they are actually communicating...or that they are late filers and not trustworthy...
either way, the 10k is going to be great, its the waiting and wondering part that sucks.
BCLE is looking up a little.At least the last couple of days. Of course our candle is a doji for the day....complete indecision where to go from here...hopefully "up" will be the direction.

QASP has been sold off due to the company running into delays with 4 acquisitions. So now that the impatient peeps have caused a drop in the price it is time to load up. The acquisitions are still getting done just delayed longer tan expected. So the good part is we get some cheap shares. We are loading everything her under .02

It wasn't much of anything. The hardest thing was to not smoke another one and then take it from there. I don't have a craving, but I catch myself in my old habits of thinking "this is a good time to go have a smoke", but that is it. I am not having some crazy withdrawal. I have become aware of more shit to help you quit smoking. MyTimeToQuit.com (pfizer, of course). Some machine they give away..a $120 value for free, where you can blow water vapor rings (of course they gaff you for the water), patches, chewing gum, nasal inhalers...you name it! I bet they even have rectal suppositories for the anally excited people.
I have found out one thing though...I thought it would be hard to drink whiskey while quitting, but it hasn't bothered me. I don't have the answers, but I believe it is a sincere desire to quit that will make you quit, not an "idea" of quitting.
My wife still hasn't said a single word...I know she has her eye on me, because she doesn't miss a thing..she is way smart! I just don't feel like discussing it with her.
So there you go...the answer to quitting smoking is.....to quit! Nothing any fancier than that! I am not saying that is an easy step. A person has to really want to do it or forget it!
Good for you Bill...you deserve it! Just think of all the extra cash that you will have...Just killed me to watch 20 somethings go into a store and spend 10-12 bucks for a couple packs of smokes...and do it everyday or 2.
Wife wants new freaking appliances...there goes any thought of putting any(of her) new money to work for me! Oh well...you win some...you lose alot!

You are way too quiet....I am still putting together a box for you. Maybe I will get her done tomorrow. It will be soon though, because I am leaving for Seattle on the 10th, in time for my Mother's birthday. We have the weirdest family (my wife and I). We haven't been on a vacation together in years, because of our job timing. This time we are both going and she is on a flight 2 hours prior to mine and she will go to my parents house and get my Mom's car and come pick me up. Then I have to drive her to the airport, because she is only staying 5 of the eight days that I am there. After that, I need my Mom and Dad to drive me to the airport to come back. In the meantime, we have two cars sitting in the airport parking lot at God only knows how much per day and then we will be home together again. It all makes me crazy!

Andy, what size clothes do you wear? I have my last set of Fishing Gear on tap....It is all Grundens and if it will fit you, then you are more than welcome to it. I won't give away my Xtra-Tuff boots though.
