Spng- sounds like it is fixing to blast off. Not sure that the 10k that they are going to report will be the answer...However, their next qtr should blow the numbers out of the water!
The wake 'n bacon is a long term play...keep it on a separate list, under a title called "Find ticker for these after the first public commercial is heard/seen"

Correct, I am looking for the quarter report to be the answer...but im hoping the 10k provides a bump and lets it loose a little.

The big thing from the 10k would be a statement of current O/S. It could give the stock a 30% boost.

    As
    of
August 28, 2008, the issuer had 521,085,873 outstanding shares of Common
    Stock.
somewhere in between here the O/S was over 1BB from shares given to RME, which were then bought back and cancelled (500 odd million)

    As of
April 16, 2009, the Company had 722,866,061 shares of common stock issued and
    outstanding.
Im looking for the common stock as of August 28, 2009 to be lower than the 722MM in the newest 10k. The August # above was given in the August 2008 10k, so updated share counts as of the filing should be included. The 722 was in april 09 and in july 09 they authorized a buyback of 150 million of which 55million had already been completed. that would leave the share count at 572MM shares.

    NOTE
    E – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

    Subsequent
to the date of the financial statements, the Company cancelled an aggregate of
526,585,544 shares of common stock. The shares originated from the repurchase of
common stock of RM Enterprises. This reduces the number of outstanding shares of
common stock from 1,249,451,605 to 722,866,061
    shares.
I don't know what a subsequent event is but i hope its something that gets ammended to the filing even if it happened after the year ended, but i dunno.

Besides the share update i'll be looking for them to announce the earnings. The earnings estimate was $40MM for 2009. The CEO declared that stockholders will "be very happy" with the actual number that gets announced. How much? dunno, $60 million? I think they were at $31MM in February. That leave M-A-May...They did 18MM in June and it was a record, so they did less in the other months, lets say 10MM a month for total $30MM makes my $60MM estimate.

It should be noted that the Dicon purchase was after the fiscal year ended May 31st 09, so the $10MM revenue gained from the buyout won't be on the 10k.

    So to summarize...

The 10k will not include the recent explosive sales #'s.
The 10k should include a reduced share count.
The 10k should include revenue beating previous estimates.

i don't understand at what point the value of a company is assessed. I suppose the 10k won't have any forecasts which is what we really want, that will come in the 1Q in october.

However, if management has followed up with promises, that will be a huge sign of strength and be a lift to the pps.

I will be very interested to see how the stock price reacts.

Im expecting the share count to give it a 30% boost to .18 as a fall back stable number. The initial run could probably go as high as .35, stabilize at .28ish and reside at .22-.24 until october.

The game changer is the stock dividend to clear out the naked shorts if this is possible, strictly rumor.

I don't understand why the current revenue wouldn't get baked into the stock price, but I do understand its not real until its on paper, which is the 1Q in october.

I see no problem with .53 by november. Remember they are cash flow positive and bringing in aprox. $25MM in revenue a month right now with the trend to continue and grow.

    Im spent, must rest....

Hey Romo, only 9 more posts until you reach the big 2,000.
You need to start pumping out those one sentance posts instead
of spending time with these novels.
I want to see the counter turn before I go to bed.
    I've been up since 5, I can't do a 1am tonight.

Hey Julie, how are you? That is pretty funny, but Romo has been making some really good posts here. I am personally impressed.

Are you into any pennies yet? I have been looking for you to make an announcement that you bought something.

I got all excited, ran into the house and opened it up and there were jars of smoked salmon and fish packaged up and still cold.

I popped the fish into the freezer and then opened up one of the hot and spicy smoked Salmon and took a bit. Well, I have to say that it is the best smoked Salmon that I have ever eaten, and I have eaten a lot of it. The hot creeps up on you and the spices are miraculous!

I thank you so very much and appreciate it more than you could possibly know. That was an extremely kind gesture and effort on the part of you and your family. My wife and I thank all of you with all our hearts!
Your welcome Bill!!! I'm glad it made it there okay. I just realized the wife forgot the smoked salmon fillet and bellies I did up, they are still in the freezer!

Deer?....now your talking....we get moose in our yard all the time....I'll have to dig out some pics....Another passion of ours is hunting....which is now in full swing for most everyone here....planning on doing a blackbear hunt over Labor day....then a moose/caribou hunt the following weekend.....anyways enjoy, maybe the next package will include some caribou/moose sausage!!!!

Bring it on! It is organic. You never know what will show up on your doorstep!

Those Moose are mean when they have calves or are rutting. There is a very famous picture on the internet of a Moose in a guy's car port. It is a buddy of mine's property. It has been a while, so I don't know where it is. If I can find it, I will post it.

I would love to see your pictures. I love pictures of things in Alaska..post all that you can.

I was thinking...what could I send you...and then it became really hard, because you people in Alaska have everything. Send you some trout? Ridiculous...send you some Gold..ridiculous....send you some Rocky Mountain Oysters....that would just be plain nuts!.....What do we have here in Colorado compared to Alaska? See how fortunate you are?

I have something up my sleeve though...Just wait and see!

    Hey Bill

Back in Feb. my investment in SiriusXM was down 46k...I thought that I had lost it all!!! Became more active in SiriusBuzz and listened to the more knowledgable investors...John, Cos, Sl62, Relmor, and a few others. As you know...mel has been teasing me for several months now...Well...as of today...that 46k loss is now a 15k profit! I want to thank you for the friendship that we have fostered over the last 6 months(tearing up now) and giving us this thread to just get away from it all! Without it, probably would have cave and sold out at a huge loss! just kidding about the tearing up part! If SiriusXM cont to rocket up...and I think it will...your case of Makers will be delivered as promised!

If you ever get tired of Alaska...you are welcome in Texas anytime! Your humbleness/gererosity make you welcome here! And the hunting here is outstanding...the does weigh in field dressed around 60-70lbs hahahahaha not kidding! We do have some Axis bucks that can top 200lbs. I know...babies compared to where you live...also, the scenery is not so good!

Bill- dont even think about it!!!LOL

You are too tearing up! Lol! It is good to have a diversion..especially when you can make money from it. I see SIRI as doing great now. It goes up and it isn't getting the shit shorted out of it! It has taken lumps and bumps. I rode the ride down to .05. It was like being in a vacuum (not a vacuum cleaner with the dust mites).

I really appreciate your friendship and your input on various things..You are one fine person!
