why is that, it ticks me off, why can't they cancel some debt instead of slide it around, the refinance fees are tremendous (sp).

Hey Romo, good to see you...just joking around buddy.

I can't tell you how many times this has happened to me with other companies. The older I get, the more I'm playing the buy and hold game.

But, I just had to give you a poke.

[QUOTE=S50Fan;47044]No, I meant the gaps 'below' where SIRI is trading at the present. The gaps above don't mean anything until the gaps below have been filled. That's the way it's always been with SIRI. Sure, it might go up and fill your .545 gap but then it'll most likely come down and fill the gap at .45-.46 too.

    S50,

Looks like there is another penny gap forming today. Do you still think the trend of all lower gaps will remain or is it time for SIRI to break the rule and forget the one further in the past? I know, loaded question.

The .46 gap can be filled with approx a 12% retracement from .53 We all know that type of swing is not unusual for SXM.

History tends to repeat, just with different consequences.

You just answered your own question. It would now make very little sense to pay down very much to any debt after they just paid so much in fees a year earlier and lets face it anytime sooner would really be terrible. I do think Sirius Roadkill makes a good point before about why though.

Johnny I was actually laughing at it (and so were you). Dont worry Sirius Roadkill I got the joke.
This is the quote I like the best . . I just gotta figure out how to work it into a business analogy:

“Why lookee Gentlemen . . . suppose a great stone lies in the street and you want to move it, unless there be some moving cause, how the devil shall it move”

SIRI now starting to look like a real stock. This is awesome, and is doing as most of us here have predicted...stabilized and inching up. This refi and S&P upgrade is teriffic news. This will help bring in more investor $. I truly believe we are on our way. Next Q is the key.
but let's hope Mel's comment about new products this month doesn't flop, like a beanie with small satellite dish or something. (:
And to be serious....hope it's not akin to new MS Zune which is getting killed in the msm over its yawn factor.

54 cents. That's a very nice way to end the day.

    Hi all..

This is my first post.. I have 10,000 shares of SIRI at a cost basis of around .405.

I have been monitoring this thread for the last few weeks as I look to buy additional shares. I believe now is a good time to buy, and will be as long as SIRI is below $1.00. I see good things for the stock/company, and with the current sentiment on the upswing (S&P Upgrade, etc.), and the current volume among the most active on NASDAQ.

I look for this stock to skyrocket once it reaches $1.00 as it becomes more widely held (Funds, etc.), and its balance sheet/operational house is put into order by Mel, as he appears to be undertaking now.
