Yes, they are built on a very complicated algorithm, however they are extremely easy to read. When on top of the prices it is a sell and when below the prices it is a buy. That is the SOLE purpose of the parabolic SAR.those blocks are called the parabolic SAR
Empty your cache in your browser and you will see the correct chart....only if you want...
