    News Out

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA -- (Marketwire) – August 4th, 2009 -- BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc. PINKSHEETS: BEHL) Today announced the company has entered in to a formal Letter of Intent to acquire the currently leased facility at 3259 Valle Road, San Juan Capistrano, California.

BioCentric President Dennis Fisher today announced the company entered in to the letter of Intent to purchase the entire facility. Mr. Fisher commented “We started by leasing the top floor and partial parking area of the two storey building earlier this year, and now with the tremendous growth of the company we felt it necessary to expand our corporate facilities and take advantage of the current economic situation by acquiring this facility which will add a substantial asset to the corporations balance sheet. Upon closing this will enable BioCentric, to facilitate a full size Laboratory for ALGAE research, along with a Freeze dry and storage center for harvested ALGAE and the possibility of a refining center for alternative fuel production products, Including Bio-Diesel and Gasoline”.

Mr. Fisher further commented “The 1800 square feet bioreactor is now operating in a totally “Environmentally Green” process and we expect to harvest the first cultures tomorrow. Production of the second onsite closed loop Photobioreactor system is well under way and production updates on that system should be readily available early next week”.

Don't worry Sean, besides SIRI I'm also 0'fer with miggle and bcle. I'm very impatient at this point and need to regroup myself. I need miggle to get to .001 to get my investment back and bcle needs to get to .025. I do have hope though and ray's million dollar story helps me stay calm and not use emotion to make my decisions.

im back..... i won my seat for the tournament , i played yesterday and busted last night. first place was like $320k. SIGH! didnt play any cash games , so the whole trip cost me about 500 bucks for a chance at 320k. still not a bad value play.

anyways back home for the time being. i should have listened to Dr.Dave . he told me the base for QASP was .019 should have sold when it broke. ended the dip at .01 where i bought a ton, so now i am green
good news for the stock buyback. lets see if we can build momentum on that.

i got in ASFX at .0021.

thanx to SIRI, BEHL, my spec portfolio is on a serious heater right now.

i hope everyone had a good weekend.
