Company Background
Evolution Fuels, Inc., formerly Earth Biofuels, Inc., is engaged in the production, supply and distribution of alternative based fuels in the United States consisting of biodiesel, ethanol and liquid natural gas. Earth produces pure biodiesel fuel (B100) for sale directly to wholesalers, and to be used as a blend stock to make B20 biodiesel. Biodiesel is a non-toxic biodegradable diesel fuel made from soybean and other vegetable oils, and used recycled oils and fats. Evolution Fuels, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVFL) (the "Company") today announced that it is applying for a listing on the premier tier of the U.S. over-the-counter market -- the OTCQX marketplace.
The Company's management believes that it is in the best interest of the Company and its shareholders to have and maintain the OTCQX listing in order to attract those investors who demand the quality control process and superior information transparency required at this tier.
In order for the Company to be considered for admission to the OTCQX tier it must meet several requirements, which include having audited financials as of the end of each of the two most recent fiscal years. Over the next few weeks the Company plans to take the steps necessary to meet such requirements.

Hey Shots...got to love it man. I bought IFSL early this a.m. @ .0036 and it promptly dropped like a brick!! lol. I'm batting a thousand on pps dropping after I make a buy.
Oh well, hopefully it will pop quickly!
