We have been averaging down. I just finally broke down and put some more money in my account today. It will take 3 days before I can use it on anything under $4 a share, so hopefully it will still be down come Friday or Monday.

I haven't put any money in my account since March? That shows you what a cheap bastard I am. It was back there when we were heavily into the boats.

So how have you been? It is always great to hear from you.

WTF is up with this SIRI delisting thing? I knew when I saw that late last night that there would be an upheaval. I am glad that I am not in it now. They never tell you anything. Who knows what SIRI is doing? I sure don't.

Hey Tony.

I got in at .0265 originally then doubled up at .0245. It's a little painful to look at now, but this is a temporary blip. There's absolutely nothing different about the company today that wasn't there a week ago when it was trading in the low to mid .02s.

I just got a pretty good chuckle a while ago. I was in Scottrade software and I went to send some money into my account. Well, I noticed that they had my checking account bank balance right there for me. It is quicker than going to the bank website. Good Lord!

hey when was the bcle audit predicted to be complete?
what is the audit for anyways? what are they auditing? and what news will they post once the audit is done?

its just the sub $1 for the nasdaq. The delisting notices were extended due to the recession, but thought is it won't be extended again. So, SIRI will get a notice, then have weeks to comply, then they can appeal and so on...basically they have to get the stock over $1 by juneish 2010 or do a R/S

Hi romo ... I was lucky and got in at the low, started buying in here and there and now sit about a .28 avg. Haven't sold a share even with the attempted 'over core' strategy (it didn't work, the over is hardly worth trading at). So I guess I am just constantly evaluating the situation ... the delisting, a possible R\S, the usual manipulation and constant death kneel that the forces that be would love to toll ... The next few weeks will be interesting to say the least.

you should hold at least until november and see where it goes, after that the R/s starts to be a concern, if they aren't in the .80's range after 2Q and 3Q it would hopefully be at least .50++ and you can decide then...

But if there is a surprise 2Q or 3Q it could be worth holding longer even...

Ultimately when siri turns the corner and shows a profit, its going to be $$ in the bank.
