Was the 120mil shares mel got purchased on fridays big volume day?
Does that mean mel just got $60mil at todays price, which if we hope this goes to $1 means he makes 120mil and so on?
What does this make for mels total shares, and what is his cost basis now?
I was right it capped at .48 and people took their profits on the difference.

i have never been able to understand what that means, can you break it down some scenario...like if it hits $1 what does Mel get?
starting january 31, 2010 - he can exercise a lot(not sure of the exact amount) of options. so lets say the price is $1.00 , he can buy stock from SIRI directly at $.43.. that will make an unrealized profit of $.57 for each share..

yeah tyler is absolutely right, alot in this for mel if he can grow shareholder value from here.

i'm glad mel is on board for the next few years... this gives us one less thing to worry and wonder about. and i was wondering how he was going to make money with his cost average, this clears that up, lol.
If the RS is put into place, does he still maintain 120 million share options at .43? I would think not, but who knows?
