If you want to take a look, the day trader I followed used to use (well, still does) a 9 and 39 EMA cross either on the 15, 30, or 60 min time frames - depends on the stock, for entry, then monitor a 60,3,1 full stochastic - watch it get to overbought, then be ready to hit the trigger once it crossed back into the middle range - also eyeing the 9/39 ema's. Of course, she'd watch for significant candles and prices hitting the usual support/resistance and trend lines too - but I noticed that buys and sells using this would have worked out pretty good on some of these stocks.
btw, I don't particularly care for NITE.
