To find the ratings: find the Sirius App in the App Store. Ratings are on that page.

Download rankings are in two places:
overall which is on the main page near the bottom right. . (Sirius current rank is second.)
and by category (Sirius is in the Music Category). Click on the category and it will list the top apps. Sirius is the top music free app.
Phew, I ain't even drunk yet. I'll try. They say third time is a charm.

SIRI landing soft on .34. Did anyone expect anything different?

This Ipod issue with SIRI has been out for a long time already, well before Stern. Each team of lawers is out to protect each party from each other from every possible action from an earthquake to the sky falling.

JohnnyIrishXM, I know you must have had formed a corporation. I also have from simple ones to some bigger ones. I have found the best way to do it is to have one lawer working for both parties. I have seen what happens when you get seperate lawers from both parties trying to act in the best interest of their client. The corporation documents ballon from several pages to close to a thousand. All that for a company that each person is only putting in 250,000 dollars. So I could only just conclude what a deal worth 740 million would have in it.

    Yes i have,4 in fact,and first was 3 lawyers for 3 partners,a nightmare.learned my lesson and used 1 for last 3...
And from what i read of this agent for stern, forget his name,he would have as would I knowing what i know now put in all kinds of rider clauses to revisit revenue enhancers to SXM..And you know that $500 million is not like some think it is,he has to pay employees,SSI unemploymen y workers comp liability insurance ETC taxes...it is not his salary...

One thing not mentioned is the incremental additional revenue SIRI might get from purchases made on the iTunes store. The click to purchase/add to cart means that SIRI gets a small commission. It may not be a lot but if they had a millions users it could add up to something substantial.

Fare enough, about the rider clauses, those would still not be enough to stop him from being on this app. Also it all still gos right to the bottom line of what I have said which is that it is more costly to SIRIXM to have subs use the Apple app then satellite radio. Which also still promotes what I have said about it being a cost issue to Mel and unless he can get at least close to what he is getting using the satellite platform you will not see Stern on the Apple app.

    Howard.tv is the website.

He has his own on demand channel on cable that you can subscribe to. What you see is the actual show and cameras capturing it, just like the show on the E channel... except longer and uncensored.
