I am listening to roughly a 5 minute clip, but that is it. When I hit the subscribe button it says, "The item you have requested is not currently available in the U.S. store."

But I can still listen to the teaser clip.
Was this on iTunes before today? Can international outside U.S. really access this and not in the states?

I do try to see things with unbiased eyes when I read something. Its a habit from way before owning this company.

Where/when are you unbiased? In your own head? Anyone who follows what you say on the boards/comments will tell you that you are failing horribly in the public's eye.

I have tried to get you to relax a million times and I dont know why I waste my time but, I will say it again, you dont lend anything to your arguments by acting the way you do.

IMHO it would have been more effective to simply say "hey, I wish you would have focused more on the positive aspects of the app" and I probably would have said "you know what, I wanted to but, the real news was the negative aspects, I cant get over what has happened with this release." I would have been honest and you would have been honest and we could have moved on.

Instead you put together gems of 6 posts off and on telling me to go write an article about some free howard stern show that doesn't exist. Go back and read what you wrote and tell me that you don't look retarded. Chill out man, make a point and move on instead of this ranting and raving that just winds up killing your cred in the eyes of other forum goers... or dont... I really dont care.

hey but this is a fact charles, earlier it worked, it worked for me it worked for others and as of right now it is still working for demian. the clip you heard isnt it siriustunes, im assuming you heard the dropping loads clip.

Sources close to me are saying that the other unofficial iPhone apps are going to be shut down within the next week. I am not sure if its because you can listen to H100/101 on them or simply because they allow you to stream Sirius XM, either way, they are about to be stopped.
