Good Morning everyone,it's shareholder meeting day and hopefully we will get a report from someone going today.
We need some clarity on a host of subjects about SXM's plans going forward.
Here are my wants and needs for today:
1.Paramount being that Malone and Maffei are present and speak.!!!!

2.GM deal details and used car progress.

3.Firm I-Phone app release date or at least estimate.

4.Revenue updates for Best-of and on-line sign ups.

5.Content contract updates(Howard,MLB)

6.End of further dilution of shares.!!!(i know, i'm laughing as i type it).

7.Debt solutions going forward(swap for equity,refi's or buy outs..

Good luck today and hope we get to see a significant pop in SP..

some positive news today.
Hopefully, there are lots of good developements on the

Julietoo: Up early! I too am looking for something positive out of this annual meeting. I hope we can get a firm release date for the IPhone application, clarity on the baseball issue, the rumer is that Baseball will start on Sirius on June 8, something on synergys with Liberty media and updates on 2nd q numbers, and a better explanation for the additional number of shares being allocated but unsold. I Don't worry about Howard that he will resign, he's having way to much fun, and Artie is the single greates thing to happen to the show since Billy West. He'll be back.

don't think so. can't find any info on a webcast. Looks like this meeting won't be public......only for shareholders and analysts present. It seems last year's may have been webcast per S-XM website info, but nothing showing webcast for today.
