Wow. I missed my sell at the close, but bought at my .351 limit I put in hours ago. Weird. Well, I am very long over the weekend.

When KITE popped in at the very end, I didnt get a good feeling about our close today. Knew it had to be over .35 but I was beginning to wonder if some bs was coming, then bam. You get the bs. If I was an insane crazy inmate patient I would be laughing hysterically right now, bouncing off my padded walls.

I think the current price is ridicules now that bankruptcy is off the table. As it is though, he was very happy with the move.

Glad to know someone else is still holding shares over $1. Comfortable is a good place to be, good for you!
I started buying and selling Sirius from the $5+ days. My last buy which was not followed by a sale was around $2 taking my average of 8000 shares to $3+. Then I started averaging between $0.11 and $0.39 to make it a total of 45K shares at an average of just under $0.80. (did so without the approval of my wife, but she is happy about it now )

some day we might get rewarded....

its like they spit in our faces.

Market on close orders are filled at the close. Those buys should have been executed as Market orders. In other words, at the asking price of .36-.37.

The fact that they dropped the price means retail investors were again fleeced as the mm's again put their orders in front of customer orders.

Yep - same old BS - and it's getting extremely F'ing old.

Time to start emailing the SEC again... like I didn't already send them enough complaints...
