Believe it or not, our favorit place was the Blackwater River SP, swimming ,canoeing and great bike riding.

Niceville is not much known.... , but you can easily find it to be one of the little gems located throughout the Pan Handle if you have some time to explore.... Ahh that warm weather, salt air, ..... that's the kind of therapy these winterized, New England bones need right now......
COS, small world. I've just gotten so used to saying Fort Walton Beach, since most people can relate to that, but actually lived/graduated from Niceville. Folks live Fort Walton now on one of the bayous. Worked construction back in the day... responsible for quite a few pieces of wood being put up in Bluewater Bay. Should be getting back in early summer sometime.. Can't wait to get out on the water for some fishing. Restaurants in the area, in particular restaurants in Destin are fantastic... especially the seafood.

AH level II doesn't show any volume, but does show a trade going throught at .24.... It also shows a bid from their at .13 and .012 per share.... not sure what your referring too... 225K all day and not much AH activity... They filed an extension with the SEC on reporting on 3-16 and nothing since.... I'd stay away.....

I was originally a "Northerner" introduced to this great area when I was stationed at Biloxi, MS - Keesler AFB in the, dare I say, late '70's... I was sent to school at Eglin and Hurlburt Field for training and became a big fan of FWB back then and since.... Destin was barely a plan on the County's board back then.... The bayou fishing and the rawness of nature in these areas amazed me... and has ever since.....

That makes a lot of sense. Just in case you didn't already noticed, this is the German urge/compulsion to regulate everything, you get this by breastfeeding and you can't help it, you always think goverment first.
But again, you are right, get the politicians out and create a standard.
But nevertheless, isn't what they doing in a certain way the same what guys like Madoff did, only not that big ?

The SEC are a useless group of politicians and "form checkers" in my opinion....

Enjoy.... I still use it instead of paying the subscription through TDA... haven't decided if I'd really need it real-time and all...

Although I did notice some fairly negative posting started to emerge in here around the time we were hitting the high point this morning..... funny how that happens... and all were posters with around 30 or less posts....

Anyway... all this talk of Florida - I lived in Tampa for 3 years.... nice town - Clearwater was great......

Middle of the peninsula and the isolated areas - much better... until the hurricanes hit at least...

Hi, What was weird about today? It was exactly the same as always. The only thing you can't predict is the exact times they do their moves.
The only people who can take advantage of the pattern are those who can sit at a computer all day long and watch.
    There are 3 fundamentals
    1. They know when to take profits
    2. They lower the price for reentry
    3. It goes back up to finish above previous close.

The first part is connected to extended trading. It builds expectations for the 6.5 hours of normal trading. The profit takers sell in the am. The second part is the take down and re-buy (restocking shares to sell following day)
And the third part is knowing when stock has bottomed for day getting back in and then having SP go up to lock out anyone who sold thinking SP was going to stay down and go down further next day.

One of our chart experts should go back and just look how many days since CC the pattern has been the rule and not the exception.
I have traded it as often as I can. (I can only do 3 round trips per 5 trading days.) I discovered the 1 advantage ING has over TDA. At ING you can use money from pending trades for other trades immediately.

Non ING traders will need to keep accounts funded with equal amounts of "ready" and "rebooting" cash. (They are still restricted to 3 round trips per 5 days unless of course they have 25k in account and then I doubt it matters)

The pattern will be broke when extended hours does not produce opening high enough above previous close to allow profit taking and re-buying in same day. That will not be the day the SP crashes but rather the day it breaks out.
From the MM point of view SIRI is a golden goose. The low price and great expectations produce volume and volume is profit for them. The higher the SP goes the fewer of these get rich quick buyers there will be. The plan is simple
lure them in and then skin them.
How many Yahoo's buy 2.00 stocks? How many buy .35 stocks. What is the difference in commissions or profits? (volume volume volume)
