OMG, How could you not understand this;

"Wow, well not only have Pandora and Slacker, and internet radio been saying it for years now. First of all, While I thought most knew many internet radio companies said themselves that they are having a hard time now (this was almost 2 years ago) staying in business but if the royalties get raised then they wont be able to stay in business. I thought most knew Pandora (CEO) said themselves that they were going to have to close their doors because they just cant make enough revenue to stay in business. Slacker has said that if royalties to RIMM go up anymore they are going to have a hard time making it. Now I thought most also knew what has happen since then, that royalties went up.


Second, What did Brandon say in the comment before where I put it in a quote above mine. That basically internet radio, Pandora, and Slacker CAN'T compete with SIRIXM, RIGHT. So in my comment towards the end of it I said "Now that Brandon has said it maybe now people will believe it. I only wish you or homer would have said it before so I would not had to for the last 50 times."

You see because you may not like the way I put things or the way I am. You ether decide to skip the post or do a quick read. So live in darkness, I say that because it was not to much of a stretch when I said "50 times before". (ask cos1000 or killerkaul they know how many times) You would not have been so worried about internet radio if you did. The reason is how could anyone after hearing internet radio and Pandora say themselves, they basically cant compete. Everytime you heard MSM spout out that, internet was going to kill SIRIXM you would already know that was a bunch of crap when they cant even compete with the rising cost of royalties. BTW god help terrestrial radio if they ever really get stuck paying even 50% of what SIRIXM or internet radio pays in royaties, you think they have alot of commercials now. That would truely be the death blow to terrestrial they would be forced to a AM format (mostly talk).

Anway..I did read those links from before with that dude cruzer or whatever. His subsidization concept just didn't hold up nor I believe his argument about the final negotiation of rate freeze agreement. Close to a year ago, those were some pretty f'd up times with the FCC. Martin, Tate , et al. You proved your point..don't worry about who doesn't like you (as you don't)...Oh, and I while I was there, I voted three times...for you, you and you...Somehow I think you one that survey LOL

As for terrestrial...anyone who thinks repeating that trash content around the country is the way to go, is an idiot. But what else are they going to say. SIRI has the content and the cards in hand. NAB wil never give up their smear campaign against SIRI..who is a monopoly not only in SatRad delivery but also in audio-only content. That's why our SP is .31 today and not .02. Because Malone and Maffei know this as well.

I had to apply for a margin account so i can continually have my funds availble while day trading and not have to wait the 3 day settling period...now I have some new selections on my trading page and was wondering if one of you sophisticated traders would'nt mind explaining them to me and how I can utilize them.... Action: Buy Sell Buy To Cover Sell Short


I know what to do with the first 2 its the second 2 that are in question...

Margin is the way to go. I'm not sure of your question but if you're referring to these:

Buy To Cover Sell Short

They would be what you use to short and then cover. This is because the shares you use to short are borrowed and have to be secured and then returned when you buy back.. so you don't just use sell then buy as one might think. Short trades have to be specified as such.

sl62 after reading those, can you believe he was so pissed I proved him wrong he started that thread. I mean holy crap did I not call that one exactly the way it came down or what. You know that was all just common sense, no special powers, just good old common sense, logic, with a little research.

I'm loading up the ammo trucks and cleaning the .50 cals. Killer should have the dog good and loosened up for another charge....

I'm not going to try and make a prediction at this time - I think we'll end the week higher - but the middle will be bumpy going. Who friggin knows... it's impossible to know.

Eventually - it WILL start climbing.... and that's the important thing... question I have is whether it will take news to do it or whether we will move up towards .40 and hold for a bit without news when they realize the true SP should be higher.

It is not that difficult...it is called "Profit Taking". There is nothing illegal about it.

SIRI just barely bypassed BK and got its bills paid by somebody else that took a 40% share in the company.

SIRI is NOT an ultra-strong stock at this time.

In the past months is was driven down by the same forces to .05

It will only get worse if people get discouraged and sell off and take the money and run. That could be good or bad for individual investors according to their positions. Buying and selling stocks is not a "Group" thing. Mutuals will cover that for you if that is what you want.

Monday holds a 50/50 chance of up or down.

Don't expect miracles, but accept one if it comes.

That is reality.....it is basically the ying or the yang at this time...nothing more...nothing less.

Good morning everyone on the BUZZ this fine Spring Day..
Looking like we will be up on monday a little but rest of week is up in the air.
depends on how the general market receives the toxic asset plan,looks like it will be announced Monday...should be good for people who have good credit,20% cash down payment and a house to sell for a trade up,but that is all it will help I'm afraid..But it's a start,i guess...Can't Fathom yet that I'm actually typing this as positive in 2009 in the USA....Small Gov't advocate!!
