Thats an admission of guilt, and he KNOWS IT BEING MANIPULATED. If they know there exchange is being used for manipulation, hes guilty too. Give him that quote. So make that TRADER STOP. ISEG can bar that person from exectuing transactions then.
Charles, please see posts #15 and 16 of this very thread, above. I quoted #16.

It also appears that this customer has a boat load of shares on hand. He/she/it continues to dump at the ask at ANY price as long it is at the top. This is blatant stock manipulation.

    here's my letter.

    To whom it may concern,

There is rampant manipulation happening everyday in every market. I know you don't have the manpower to cover every single trade in every single stock, but I would hope that when enough investors bring it to your attention that would then act upon it.

I know that you have received many emails and phone calls on SiriusXM(SIRI) being manipulated. I wanted to add my name to the list of dis-heartened shareholders.

I am not a pro-trader or a wall street guru but something that is blatantly obvious to anyone that watches active trading is the manipulation of this stock.

I was going to go into a long explanation of how they are putting up 100 block trades 10% below the current ask, bottlenecking the system until their 100 block is grabbed, thus bringing the price down and allowing for them to accumulate more shares to cover their short positions of their client(s).....but I don't have to explain it to you. You're the SEC, you understand how market manipulation works.

I PROMISE you that if you look at the tape over the past month on trading in SIRI, you will find an incredible amount of problems. It's best to actual view real time since a lot of what happens never makes it to the tape. I mean that they are also putting extremely large blocks up at specific points and dropping them never to be seen again as soon as their 100 block trade goes through.

This is not a good time for the SEC to keep playing the 'ostrich with their head in the sand' routine, you need to act on this.

Please, help the retail investor from this manipulation.

Thank You for getting this into the proper hands,
    XXXXXXXXXXX

Under The Freedom of Information Act, is ISEG obligated to release the individual name who is manipulating this stock? Need someone who can interpret the act.

I don't have level II but here is how you record the activity

We have seen screen shots of level II, but that static picture does not do anything. If someone has level II and can VIDEO ISEG trading over some period of time, particularly when they place orders below the ASK price, and also throw in all those 100 share orders, then that record can be sent to someone at the SEC as confirmation of our claims.

Yes because I am getting hit by this company about what is being talked about here. They have asked me to pull the post, to which I said no. All I ask is that we stick to facts and not suggest doing anything illegal. Thanks

    I sent mine reworded:
    To Chairman Shapiro and staff:

It is to my belief that the SIRI stock is being manipulated all day everyday lately!

Watching the Level II charts, I've noticed trades are consistently being executed under the bid/ask prices posted.

International Stock Exchange is the culprit.

Everytime the stock price has a nice run-up, ISEG throws very large block up (all or none qualifier). Then, trading halts, the bid comes down as a result of a diminished buying power, and the block disappears!

A man named Shaun at ISEG seems to know what is going on.

This is not fair! Many of us our losing a lot of money. Please open an official investigation and help end the manipulation! You are suppose to be protecting us.

Well, you play you pay. It appears that someone is using ISEG to do their dirty work. Maybe they should clean-up their house.

If I got that call, it would be one of the greatest moments of my month. I would tell him to stop doing the manipulation, and well stop reporting it. Other than that, you can kiss my A**. This call to you confirms its validity, and wants the truth to be squashed. Thanks for more verification, as if we needed any.
I would say, hey bro, and I would say bro, because it would piss him off, you handle your business, manipulating stocks illegally, and Ill handle my business, and thats reporting it when it happens. Goodbye.

ISEG doesn't learn, they continue the games in AH trading.
