Today seems about the same action as last few days. Heavier volume though. We could see 250M today. Question is, will it be a blood bath with little movement or will the sissies run to the next stronghold..

Oh and incidentally if this is manipulation, I think it is teetering on breakout at .40. Held under just so some more important folks than you or I can get a chance to get in before an even bigger run up... but you all know that.

yeah i remember hearing they would get board seats = to their 40 percent ownership which equals 6 board seats, ive been saying it for awhile liberty will be doing alot more than simply loaning siri money, this is liberty's baby now too.

All for the bargain basement price of zero-point-zero dollars! Not that I'm complaining given the share price.

6 BOD seats is old news. I don't recall exactly where but I read this at least a week or two back. Maybe even further back in some of the articles related to the deal. I'll see if I can find it.

I know you are right because I posted it prior to this and it was pretty much ignored...but now it can't be ignored. It's in the filing with the SEC.

yes if we can break away from .40 we will make it to high 50's.
And if people are not selling but buying we could plow through that as well.(I doubt that people wont take profits though)

SIRI is the odd duck stock. Unlike most stocks where shares are owned 80 percent by institutions SIRI is 80 percent retail. (well until they give Liberty 40 percent common)
It has held the title of most commonly traded stock on NASDAQ for a while (why NASDAQ will not delist because they would lose the commissions)
