They had to let it pass .40 in premarket. There does seem to be something going on at .40 cents. Looks like that guy was right. Interesting....

Yes, this has been a fun ride. 32000 at .08 avg. Newbie but held with you...I just wanted to get one of my peeps car restored...1969 Mustang while he is fighting in Iraq.
