    Well there it is... this is what's driving this. Maybe that other dude was right about a potential sale...or now we see the next best thing. Apparently the Street loves Liberty moving in further....

    6 out of 15 would be 40% of the BOD. Does that correlate to the 40% preferred?

    i think people are overthinking it, we are returning to fair value simple as that.

    I think that was the pullback...the mm's took out all the low bids...will rise on the open to .43-.44

    No this is something new. In the dealm they only got two seats Malone and Maffei....something's going on behind the scenes. They are just being given 4 more seats....and "siginificant influence over the company"

    I think you are partly right.....but I also think the street was not aware of the 6 BOD seats....which are a big deal in my opinion. I think they are much friendlier to Liberty and Malone...than they would ever be to Mel and his people. You don't want to tangle with a legitimate whale of an investor unless you have all your ducks in a row!

    I don't know...seems like right at that release, we dove and things got quiet...what do you make of this release??? Call your sources!! LOL
