Naa,why would the big money wait? This guy might be right, but he might be surprised as well as how much big money bought at .05, .10, .12, and .15 cents. Go back and add up the volume in mid Feb. Its staggering. Over 1.5 billion shares.

These are the key support levels from the way down..when we broke them we cascaded down to the next level...check a 6 month chart. I remember 'em like it was yesterday.
