I have a question. I have 9,000 share bought at 3 different prices, grouped at 5,000, 2,000 and 2,000. The 5,000 was bought at .12. If I wanted to sell the first 5,000 would it be taken from the oldest account? Does this make sense? Sorry I am still pretty new to this.

The IRS uses first in first out for the default unless you use the specific shares method, but you need to designate at the time of the trade what block of shares you are selling according to the IRS.

Stop kidding yourselves. Someone knows something and something big is in the works. I don't know if has to do with MLB or an SEC investigation into the manipulation, but for the last 2 days this stock has not behaved normally.

This has nothing to do with undervaluation. Did you hear the report on steel? That means cars are still a problem.

You may be right. But I have one question for you.

Do you think that .25 is fair value? .32? what would your evaluation of the companies worth make the ideal SP?

Personally I think it is significantly higher than .25 or .32 . Hence why there will be pressure from below pushing higher until we get to some equilibrium. Taking away BK and uncertainty shifted that equilibrium and risk.

With that it could be both.

Possible Cramer's youtube video is forcing an SEC inquiry based on it being brought to public knowledge and spotlighted recently, and all the SEC complaints about SIRIUS that have been filed ?

I have a program that searches for certain key words...Karmazin came up on a message board post.

I've found nothing thus far with Pandora, performance rights, SEC, (sirius is too vague) and MLB. Still searching other keywords.

Im actually hoping your dont find a reason. Id like to think its the MM's are now backing big money side, and the drive up is calculated, like my theory suggested would happen upon bottoming. Institutions are in, and its time to correct. MM's job now has changed from complete take down, to jerkey rises, and sharp pullbacks and up again. Still havent seen the sharp pullback yet, this intra day one doesnt count, as it rose too quickly. Simply a sell off from long supressed longs, but those longs will rebuy on pullbacks. I dont think retail trading had any effect today.

I say get out now while you can, dont get stuck here, if you made money on it so far. RUN, RUN LIKE THE WIND. This stock is like crack and this site is like a crack house. Before you know it you be saying holy crap is it that late. What the frick, did I just waste 6 years of my extra free time on this stock.
