The thing is that there are many here that are longs that bought in above $1 hell above $2-$4 and didn't have stops to limit loss.(I plead guilty)In your eyes is that stupid? Sure you could say so. I for one get peeved every time I see "so called longs" talk about day trading this pig. Is it Stupid? depends on your position, experience and tools. Most lose more(if only potential profits) than they gain. If people en-masse would have held till a fair-value price was reached then the shorts would have been in trouble. But then again that isn't reality. It isn't even reasonable.

Is it stupid if the guy hangs on and sells at $1+ a share? I think not. Not to him it wont be. Shoot...remembering when I was in college. .49( a possible short term outcome) would be a boon. At this point he has only helped with buy pressure.

And to say he could not possibly understand is also a bit presumptuous.
By the way there are many here that WISH they could make a small profit .. so any profit is good.

But kudos for offering the apology. As do I .. just was torqued today.

Relmor: Definately a good analysis... I sold some at .24 today, so Im hoping it drops to 21-23 like you said.

As fas as the whole stock buy goes: nyr11 WELCOME! Hope you enjoyed your initiation by fire... I say you did fine as long as you are looking long term. Don't follow the stock. Don't ever come here again. Forget you own it. If not, you will skip classes to hear conference calls and skip a night at the bar to pick up an extra $100 shares. This stock becomes a curse, a disease. Everyone on these boards has been infected, and there is no easy cure. Seriously, it is like heroin. VERY addictive stock.

I remember my very first trade. RANGY. Speculative gold stock. I bought like 300 shares at 75 cents each. The next day, all kinds of weird crap happened. There was an argument between the CEO and the BOD. Then the CEO was found murdered a short time later... something like that. It was really weird. It went to pennies. Forgot about it for a while. Switched brokers, never closed the first account. About a year ago, the brokerage contacted me regarding my account because of inactivity. I went back and looked at the account, and RANGY was sitting at like 3.75 a share. I sold instantly. =P

Initial investment was 225$, sold it back for around a grand. Commission was still $7 for each (and some change)

I am expecting it to clear .25 cents in premarket tomorrow, run to .27 cents, and close above .26. Its possible .23 will hit again, or even .22, but I do not see .21 in the cards. I also hold a higher likely hood that it will clear .25 and run to .27 first, then maybe the 50 DMA after a bit of consolidating, then challenging .32 cents, then a retrace to the 59 DMA, which would be probably .25 cents by then. More will be known with two or three more trading days.
I expect the first significant pullback to bounce off of .32 cents, back to the 50 DMA, and then up again. If EW analysis becomes more relevant, I will provide that, but Im not a huge believer in it.

Just so we are straight here. I could careless if the guy jumps in and out a thousand times. As many from SA can confirm I dont hold it against anyone for trying to make a buck or two. Once again my point to him was to help him out. I cant believe there is anyone here that would say he is doing the right thing trading in this or any stock with so little. Especially if his plan is to jump in and out. That is a good why to just lose everything. The commission is just to great for the amount he has to work with. I am not a broker but I think if he went to any honest broker they would tell him he needs alot more capital to work with. As an example: We started a family stock club when I was 14 (10 dollars a week) In the beginning we did not wait to invest but we also did not invest 200 dollars after the first 2 weeks. The club barrowed money from various club members to purchase the amount of stock to make it worth while. Also just so we dont get confused I am not making any apologies for saying what I said. I was correct then and I am still correct now.

relmar, You forget I have been here at Sirius Buzz for a very long time (even longer then I was on the forums I posted on the main site) making the same kind of splash. There is one fact you can count on with me, you will always get a honest logical commonsense answer/response.

What he says is true Rel. As proof, I offer The Official SiriusBuzz Forums Debate King Election of 2008. As you can see by the voting, john won hands down...
