amen to that - given that this is kind of out of the blue - I don't think I'm selling .... just going to sit tight a bit....

If there was some kind of news and I thought it was just a bump then maybe I'd sell off a chunk.... perhaps 25-50% and reenter at a drop - but I'm quite content sitting tight for now...

I consider this stock to be playing roulette. I don't think there's anything wrong with trying to second-guess the dips, I wouldn't be where I am right now if I just held from day 1.

I had written off all the money I invested in SIRI months ago - so I have no problem sitting tight and riding it up either....

My move at .13 really paid off - time to work on the kids' college tuition..!!

I don't think this is going back to .21 today. Maybe if the 1st quarter #'s are bad, there will be some pull back at that point....JMO

I hoped you noticed the word "COULD" in my sentence.....

I'm afraid to sell to soon after what I have been through with this stock, but I agree that it COULD go down or up or sideways - I don't know.....

This article might have had something to do with the spike.......Karmazin's first interview since the Liberty deal.

Mel Karmazin fights to rescue Sirius
A lifeline from Liberty Media pulled his satellite radio company back from the brink. Now the CEO has to prove that the business model can still work.

Cos.............. that' the way to trade. Now you're smokin. I jumped a little too early this morn. Sold 16,151 shares bought at .13 for .2298. Also sold 12,154 shares bought at .16 for.2398. Was adjusting my sells on the normal channel of 2 cents, and started to feel greedy, so felt I had to drop the hammer after so many up days in the market. Go figure that it breaks so far out of the channel on the upside today. Oh well, have 92,000 shares waiting to sell at .2549. { sound of music } ..... Oh happy days.... Oh happy daaaaays.............. ..killer.

    Karmazin quotes from the article......

".....once subscriber numbers reach a certain level, the dollars start cascading to the bottom line." "That," he says, "occurs this year."

Within a few years Sirius XM won't just be profitable, Karmazin insists, "but very profitable."

"Liberty has spent a lot of time under the hood of the company," Karmazin says. "They've looked at the company. They sort of liked what they saw."

I'm starting at a premise that says radio is not just recorded music - radio is discovery of new music," he says. "Some people would like to be able to hear songs they haven't heard before and that are not on their iPod. Some want to listen to CNN or Howard Stern, and not just to music. That's why we have a laserlike focus on getting content - because we think that content is what wins."

Asked about Maffei's musings, Karmazin doesn't want to be pinned down. "We could also have 130 more audio channels," Karmazin says. "We could go to Wal-Mart (WMT, Fortune 500) and say, 'Hey, Wal-Mart, how would you like to have a channel that's just for you?' We could say, 'Hey, Mormon Church. How would you like to have a channel?'

"There's just a lot of opportunities, and it's so refreshing to finally be able to think about them. Because for the last three months, all I've been thinking about is liquidity, liquidity, liquidity."
