TWA: I was surprised it didnt come up as well.

As far as the CC goes, it looks like the news wires are picking up the positive aspects... AP already picked up the iPhone info and is broadcasting that...

heavy volume....green...I love it............we are here to stay! Time to celebrate folks...we made it! I feel like we just landed on the moon. Does the general public understand we might be the only company to grow in 2009. When the rest of the market recovers in late 2010, we will be crusing!

FYI....I never write puff pieces, I am a realist. Its time to party! Pack it up! Buy and sell on pops....the bottom is very far off and Malone won't let it happen.

sl62, What are you talking about. If you recall back then we talked about the choice was ether giving up 40% of the company or not having alot of COH. I said I would rather not have alot of COH then give up 40% of the company and if that was still the choice I would still feel that way. Now if you read the thread I put up about what I believe happen in the end you would see that I felt they did not have enough COH to take out not only the Feb debt but the May debt also. Ergen fricked up getting those bank facilities extended. Now while there was not the FCF positive I thought was there there still was more then enough COH to take out the Feb. debt and the only way there was a possiblity of bankruptcy was because of the May bank facitilties. Now ask your self why would the banks not extend. There is only one logical reason they saw a better deal with ergen.

I have a sell in at 0.19 (small portion of holdings bought at 0.058), but I don't think it is going to hit...

S162, great action this morning! Volume is heavy and positive. MM is playing games at .16999, suprised? I think we are in for a nice steady up trend.

As for Mel and no guidance...genius. If we give them anything, I mean anything, it turns into ammo and we get one in the face. The 10K and CC were nothing short of amazing. I-phone app will cause a big stir. Someone recentley said we could buy google and walmart in the same day and some how this would be bad for SIRI stock. I truly believe the games are over.

    John

If you were handed two deals and one of those deals involved saving your own ass, which would you chose?

This is the real world my friend, you keep your job as CEO.
