Sirius Meets With Commissioner Tate
I haven't been keeping up with the filings word for word. Does this recent filing imply that only the attorney for Sirius was present at the meeting with Tate? Or is it just assumed that representatives from Sirius were there as well?

Just the former FCC commissioner who now represents Sirius and xm together behind a closed door with Tate going over the offer...he, he, he!
