    Mine was just changed to .35 cents as well....but it was at .10 all morning up to about 5 minutes ago.

    thats what i can't figure out, after all the crap in approving the merger and everyone moaning over the length of time it took, since then its been one knock down after another...never ending it would seem.

    Just saw on CNBC that Rep. Barney Frank said the UP_TICK rule will be restored in about a month.. Good news if true..will slow the shorts a little,anyway.It's a start to recovery..
