ok all i ahve to say is wait and see, if they do an rs i will get it out because the price will fall. Im not saying me selling is going to make a diff in the price, but the millions others who will be selling will effect the price

Hi, to be clear. I think doing a R/S just to avoid delisting is silly. There is no pressure to do this. There is no proof NASDAQ would ever delist SIRI because of share price. (Their market cap is too high and too much is made off the commissions of this most traded stock)
Personally I think NASDAQ would not risk losing SIRI.
trippingthespeculatingpos, You are correct and that is exactly why the PPS will start to fall just as it does with all that do a RS. The thing is I am not looking at two months after I am looking at 2+ years after. I just think in the long run it would be better for the company.
Hi, If you bought shares at price that were now in the green you would not be worried about a R/S
SIRI is the most traded stock on NASDAQ there is always a buyer if you are selling and a seller if you are buying. (At least I've never had a trade not go through within seconds)
john im not saying thats not a possibility, but i think getting out of this mess without a r/s is a possibility too, but right now we just have to wait and see.
i have a .14 cent avg mogami so that little theory goes out the window, and yeah your trade goes through because a broker meets ur bid or ask. sometimes it is two retailers but more than likely you are buying from or selling to a broker.
i dont plan on being gone , i have a long term plan same as you except my long term plan doesnt involve an r/s
