The conference call has been announced for the 17th.
Brankruptcy has been taken off of the table until at least 2011.
Liberty now has their 40% stake in Preferred Stock.
StarPlayr is officially dead.

Didn't the paint the tape nicely this morning? 5 trades at .15, followed by 8 trades at .143, while the bid was .145 and the ask was 15...
Yesterday some investors were predicting as high as .20-25 at the premarket. I thought that was unrealistic.
Hopefully it will keep going. Straight off Nasdaq premarket:

The bashing over on the yahoo boards was starting out FIERCE this morning... No need to tell you all what that's about.
I'm going to check the runup for the next few then go grab some coffee...

I can't help but think this week that some new story will be generated,
based on some new fear or some new dire interpretation or analyses,
or some new theory of demise, which on its face will appear
to be true, or quite believeable, which story will then rapidly
propagate through the online media, where one source will simply
quote another, giving cause for increased credibility to the original prank,
causing in the short run, the stock price to remain depressed.
I hope this won't happen, of course, but it doesn't deter my suspicions.
Call me paranoid, but I suppose this is one of the symptoms of PTSS.
Brandon, I don't know how it happened (and I don't care!), but I was one of the .143 buys. Submitted a bid in for .15 at 5:01am (PST). Have E-Trade and can only do 2 decimal trades@#$%. I envy you guys with the 4 place capabilities.
Looking for a good week - fast out the gate (already $.154) with some errosion near week's end; unless, of course, the typical unexpected news happens. Have fun, everyone!
