Brandon seems to have flippedout on the disclaimer language. I posted my thoughts about them earlier as being less pertanent as they may appear in most cases and this is one of them.
He must have also read the GM stories along the same line of reasoning and faulty for the same reasons as well. GM's disclaimers were on annual report, if memory serves, and the situation has since changed with the government aid, and more to the point, GM made the same claims at the congressional hearings in person and verbally that a BK was going to be their only option without government aid and much reduction by bondholders.
So where is the new NEWS!!!!!!! On either of these stocks with disclaimers!
This is indeed old hat and yet the MSM all reported it today as new.
Brandon is doing just as they are and selling a new version of the same truth.
I suppose that is what they do to earn points in the media circles. I don't lke it, but I see what it is.
It's up to stock holders to reject or accept on careful study, and some will run to the exits over the next few days as we wait.
I plan to try and pick the low and buy a few more shares. I don't have a lot of money left, but I think the gamble is a good one or I would not still be long.
I don't think the low will be this week. Maybe the 11th or 12th will be a good time to look again. Need to watch the day volumes. They picked up at the close today. This indicates more selling pressure.
Wait till they taper off.

I want to respond to you on this then I hope to just move forward and get back to our concerted efforts. Brandon has just blown our doors off. This last few days has been to say the least, incredible. Censored, thwarted, caused to relocate then betrayed. Being here in Charles' house is a great thing and is appreciated. But look at what's happened. We found out the enemy is right here observing our operations and then using it against us...and all long shareholders. I know you agree that his article is senseless. I actually fully expected you to rip him a new one. But, you would be right to take the high road. Now, I want to recognize your point and to a degree, I agree. We're straight shooters here and yesterday I was incensed at the lynch mob I read developing from cos1000's article. And I ranted about it. I admit, which I never posted, I was a little taken aback at how all the negative clauses were bolded out (and yes Brandon copied even that of cos1000) to call attention to everything that was negative. Then seeing how everyone was crowded around and getting more frenzied (which btw, I pulled and posted a little earlier, from BRANDON's reaction not cos1000). Go to the top of this thread and you will see that though cos1000's presentation was spun negative IMO (the way all the bad stuff is highlighted), it was Brandon who yelled fire. And everyone followed HIM not cos1000. Don't forget Brandon is a top guy here and people listen to his opinion. and yes you are correct, many people also listen to cos1000..as they do you also and killer, 888's, homer, etc.... And I do agree that a postion of leadership has its responsibilities. Cos1000 stated his intentions to me yesterday and I took him at his word..because I respect that word. So was it the best thing that I can think of to open up this can of legalese worms in such a way? No, and I voiced my concern in real-time last night. And now from what's happened with Brandon, I have a feeling cos1000 might think twice about this or that in the future knowing someone like Brandon is snooping around and will betray any of us. Maybe not, but that's up to him. But having said that..This is on Brandon. I mean wtf?? He's the guy who went went balistik not cos. I mean the guy absolutely went nuts here and took advantage of a situation...the sad part is the consequence of that is not confined to a BB..it's out on the freaking wires. Now, I've also said, that article won't move this stock one iota on it's own. What was in that filing was digested by the Street days ago. You and I both know the Street or smart money isn't waiting for Brandon's blessing anytime. 'so no real harm done.. THIS TIME. It's just been tough to watch how this has evolved right in front of our faces. It's outfreaking rageous! And I just can't put that on cos1000 nor do I think anyone should. He didn't tell anyone to write any article. I'm not telling you what to or not to think, that's my opinion. As said, I'm ready to take lessons learned and move back to the matters at hand. We're on the cusp of not only a decent market rally but also some further clarity on our little project. I hope you and cos can just put this behind you we can all move forward in the positve and productive sharing and debate we're used to. We're our strongest together not divded and distracted by guys like Brandon pulling weird tricks. We now know what can and will happen. Lessons learned. That's my take...

I did read your response but forgot to respond. Sorry. Hope your first 10 years here have lived up to expectations. Sadly, you've now seen the worst here. The tech bubble burst, 9-11, a mini recession, a war, and now a complete financial meltdown! If nothing else it's not dull here in the states LOL...and yes. I'm afraid your countrymen and women back home are giving this new dude too much cred too soon. We need some proof here, anyway. So far so skeptical IMHO...
Otherwise I was only over to the Deutschland one week for work..to Frankfurt. we went out a bunch of places and my best memory was eating at a place called Wagners..a kicking weinerschnitzel and homeade applewine. Bench seating so it was a mix of everyone, menus only in german..very authentic...enjoyed my whole week there...What area are you from??

Hey, am foreign too but I am a US citizen, I made it to Germany on my way to my other home (where I was born) but didn't get to see much. I only had 12 hours between flight I sure would love to see more of Germany one day. Maybe if all goes well and I get some of my money back out of this stock, I will be in Germany on my way home again this spring. As you said nothing more to say.
