I haven't been here all day to defend myself, but the information provided here that opened this thread was not to cause fear.... It was to open up a discussion of the extension and the relevancy of what was written into it.... Relmor, I am disappointed that you who have played the market and this stock for a few pennies either way would think that is the only reason that I posted this thread for discussion.

In addition, when Brandon wrote his article about R/S being a solution for SP manipulation and saying that it would be effective because BK was OFF THE TABLE, I posted on his article here at Siriusbuzz, that IN FACT it is not OFF THE TABLE because the extension that was filed by the Company said as much. When I posted the continued conversation about this topic on SA, all of my comments for two days were deleted and we all experienced a less than pleasant day over there. It seems that to post some contrary information about a company that I am invested in and have been for years, now make me your target for What? SP manipulation.... Are you f'n kidding me... If I had that kind of money or control of the SP, I wouldn't be pouring out thoughts here for you to be suspicious of... Again BS, BS, BS, is all I have to say about your acusations....

Why not? Since their scenario is illogical, and makes no sense, I search for answers to intent at that point. Or they just like hearing themselves talk. Or scaring fear into people. I have no clue why they have lost their minds. I can only offer conjecture on that point.
Cos1000 claims he is just making sure we are all aware of the possibility that BK is still on the table. Fine. Brandon however is going one step further.
I will however hold judgement until I read the article. If I am nothing, I am fair.

cos1000, I have to say I wish I was here when you put that out. I also have to agree with relmar, not on that you have any other intentions then to be yourself. Just the fact that it was in a way no different then the other boiler plate statements put out about bankruptcy before. The fact is the company said what the reason was and I would take that over any boiler plate statement put in a form that it was put in.


P.S. I am in the same camp I have been in before, that ever since the Malone deal was announced this was a done deal. Basically that all the rest is a matter of just getting it worked out with JP Morgan. I maybe wrong but I dont think so, I am following the logic trail here.

If you believe this circular logic lie(going bk if they dont get the debt extended, but they cant get the debt extended if they are going bk), than I dont know what to tell you. Fine. But for Brandon to guess BK is a surety based on their filing was irresponsible and can affect peoples intentions with their money towards this stock. If he even got one person to sell based on your information, I would say you accomplished nothing of what we are trying to do here. Brandon seems to think otherwise. More towards Brandon than you. Go back and read all my comments. Fine, bring BK back to the table. But your better explain your logic, not read what SiriusXM wrote in their filing. We know SiriusXM hates their stockholders, wants the price low, and purposefully used the threat of BK to avoid the Ergen deal to stick us with the crappy Malone deal. Knowing and agreeing with all that, your using BS BS BS BS from the COMPANY THEMSELVES as your only evidence. Therefore contradicts other known factors.
Than
1. You trust Mel, and believe he is innocent in all this.
2. YOu love the Malone deal, and think its just dandy he avoided the vote.
3. Going forward, you have no worries that Mel will act in your best interest.
Those 3 things you must believe if your going to use your "facts" of a bk concern as legitamite. Because its not coming from common sense, numbers, or logic, its coming from Mel period.

John, thank you for your loyalty and support of my intentions... you and I have been here a long time an have been honest in our forecasts and disclosures.... I remain true to my word.... just because I sold into a rally an finally got it F'ckn right, does not make me a conspirator, it makes me right..... at least at that moment. I said I sold because I viewed an extension as negative.... I did that in Real Time on the board for everyone to know. I followed up this week with posting the extension information, and posing the question for what it meant. When Brandon said BK, I said to Brandon last night, Step Back Away From The Ledge.....

Guys..I just have to step in and say something...you guys are among the most trusted and knowledgeable cats here. We've all come a long way together and are near claiming what we have fought for all this time: reconciliation. I think the last few days, getting kicked out of our previous stomping grounds and dealing with the 12b etc... have been trying at best. I think we're back on solid footing and should look forward to what's to come. I think we have enough positives in hand. Let Brandon write his article of fear. He feels like he's been called to write it..So be it. We should stay focused on our matters at hand and not be distracted...make any sense??
