Lithium, I agree totally. How about that station? Lith 24 IMHO has some of the best cuts of music in a row. I heard a set the other day that was amazing, 6 songs in a row all bangers.....PJ, Nirva, Alice in ch. I got my moneys worth for the month in about 30 min.

I couldn't agree more. But it appears Brandon's gone ahead and submitted his conjecture already. I can't wait to see the headline SA gives it LMAO

Thank you! Finally an upbeat article. I said at the begining that I would wait until 4Q before I started trying to trade the ups/downs. So far nothing I've read has changed my mind.

    Smile

OD, you are quite welcome! We could all use a breath of fresh air and something positive to chew on! MSM may rant on and MM's make take some down, but I am here for the long haul. They'll not get my shares! At least, not for now....

"The loan is guaranteed by our wholly owned subsidiary, Satellite CD Radio, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Guarantor”). The Credit Agreement is secured by a lien on substantially all of our and the Guarantor’s assets, including our four satellites and the shares of the Guarantor."

Everyone keeps saying, why would Malone do this deal just to wind up in BK court... I could be reading this wrong, but doesn't that paragraph above state that the loan is guaranteed by all of SIRI assets, therefore malone would not have to fight in court for his money back he would be first in line???

If Brandon goes through with his article, will we go back to the BK scare and back down to .05???

I have not commented on this latest run to the exits yet, but I feel I must put in my two cents worth

I watch CNBC everyday, and it's akin to observing people in a psyche ward. They go from elation and hope to passive morbid dread and fear to various states of agitated paralysis, sometime all in the same day!

I would change the channel, but i can't get FOX business, so I am stuck in the psyche ward on the third floor with the elevators and stairways locked watching the inmates of NBC.

I have made the observation before that annual reports and in fact any report from a companies management team now carried with it a large degree of personal liability for the company CEO as a result of Congressional
    meddling after the Enron BS.

A report from a company like SIRI should be expected to be mostly legal disclaimers and we should not read too much into them unless there is direct news to support it.

That said....this stock is highly speculative and we all know this, so without any substantive new disclosures,I see absolutely nothing to be more concerned about today then I was yesterday or the day before.

Y'all carry on! Buy low......sell high...........

IF that's true then why would Brandon risk his reputation to make the prediction of BK before March 17? Am I putting too much stock in Brandon's expertise/opinions?

Nice to have our one day short cover pop out the way and be back to business headed lower isn't it? We wouldn't recognize the place if we didn't have red arrows. F'ing A. If we thought Oct-Nov was mentally tough, this is worse. Same story since last 1 up day then many more down. So what, we can now look forward to the next 6 sessions down?? At least we can feel solace knowing the shorts are getting their profits!! Wish my funds weren't all tied up long. We all should be shorted our arses off. Not here but just about anywhere over $5.

Hey I only read the first 5 pages of the thread before I just skiped the rest. I'll just say this I think it is all bullshit. Reason one I dont think they had negitive adds. Reason two I dont see anyway on this green earth they could have blown through 360 million in COH in the forth quarter. A quarter mind you they have been showing a growing FCF and finally a positive FCF for the last 2 years. Last time I checked 250 million from 360 million is still 110 million. Also is somebody going to try and tell me they shot through more of their COH in the 4th Q then they did in their 3rd Q, come on.

FoolNHisMoney, Just so it is clear I basically said I dont think it would be crazy to think they had 1 million GROSS adds from retail. That also was because that is what would have been needed if Brandon (1 million GRA) and Miller Tabyk (only 900,000 GRA) were correct in there estimates. Not that I think it happen. I am still using Mels last estimate he gave about them being on track (just after Black Friday). I will say again he stated that they beat their goal but that is really not saying much because they set a low goal in the first place (I believe that was the 19.1 million he was talking about).
