yoman, click "User CP" in the menu bar above the first post on the page. Then select "Edit Options" and the number of posts per page is in the third option group.

Edit: Damn, OD beat me to it!

Go to the top of this page - click "Quick Links" and then select "Edit Options". You'll find "Thread Display Options" toward the bottom of that page.

EDIT: Geez, I'm third in line!!

mogami, I agree that was good, I was cracking up.
And your now officially delusional in my mind for that comment. LOL It the "norm" for manipulation. That is an extreme case, but the elements involved are involved in Sirius as well. Then Sirius is a"worst case scenario too". At least you agree with the article.

The deep capture story is not one word of speculation.

Ok, your right. Gore is more evil than Cramer, because Gore is stealing our souls and selling them to the UN, where as Cramer is just stealing our money. Good point killer, now tell blue to back off....

In addition to the regsho list, this deal was XM bonds and after the merger there weren't any XM shares for shorting. Mel had to lend the shares so the Arbitrage Hedge could be executed by the XM debt Bond Holders. I think this is what is left out of the answer to the question of why Sirius Lent the shares. In addition the Lent Share Agreements are held between Sirius XM and the Underwriters of the Bonds, Morgan Stanley and UBS, London Branch. No shares return to Sirius Xm until ALL of the the Principal on the Bonds is Paid in Full for ALL Bonds Sold. It is the underwriters who "have Leased / Borrowed " the shares for the purpose of shorting the equity for Bond Holders executing the Convertible Arbitrage play. That is to say, just to be clear, none of those lent shares will ever return to the company until the bonds are all paid in full in 2014, or sooner if Sirius Xm decides to pay all bond holders at some predetermined premium.

Ergen bought up the Feb 09 and Dec 09 converts - if we assume he started buying them up in November he could easily have shorted the common.

O, Im out before the R/S, guaranteed. That is the death nail for all longs who bought over $1. Maybe even .75 cent range. Worst thing this company could do is R/S. Wont help one bit. If Sirius cant make its stock go up with profits, then I think they should buy back stock with those profits, until it does go up. If it still doesnt go up, I think a SEC investigation would be in order. But Ive never seen a company that made money were their stock traded near BK levels still. So I wouldnt worry about it. Sirius needs to worry about their balance sheet, not their stock price. Worry about expanding service, renegotiating contracts, and cutting costs. Not whether or not they can sell more shares for debt or not. Only reason they hate the SP, is they cant sell shares for a higher price.(dilute you even more).
