Demian, we all appreciate your efforts. Was the article on Canadian Satellite Radio to do with satrad content being illegally broadcast via internet?

I'm not sure exactly (must subscribe to get the full article), but I suspect that it has more to do with the Canadian content requirements. Canadian radio and TV stations must play a certain percentage of music and content produced by Canadians according to Canadian law. If the internet radio stations are not abiding by these requirements, then it would be an unfair advantage. The Canadian government has been very adamant over the years about protecting the Canadian identity. I have spent a lot of time in Canada over the years and it is very evident on Canadian radio and television.

siri looking really strong today with low volume, i think the institutions have covered already with all those million share buys the last few days, maybe they will stop holding it down. anyway so far so good

Citigroup Increases SIRIUSXM holdings by 207%

On February 11th, the Citigroup reported that they had acquired another 3,531,004 shares of of SIRIUSXM (SIRI) increasing the firm’s current
holding to 5,228,657 shares representing a 207.99% increase from its previous holding.

Out of boredom I decided to research how many days before last years' CC did SIRI announce the date of the actual 4th Q & year end CC.

Last year they announced the CC two business days (also 2 calendar days) before the event took place.

They announced it on Tuesday, Feb. 26, and held it on Thursday, Feb. 28.

There is still no announcement on SIRI's web site about this years' CC.

So, if the 2 day notice holds true, the earliest they will have the CC is next Wed.

I can't help but realize how pathetic it is for me to get excited about a stock going up within $.01, and oh man watch out when it goes up a complete and whole penny...
