I would think the 15% interest applies to the 1st installment. For some reason, if Siri never needs the second phase of cash, they pay the interest on the 1st loan.

The stock doubled this am in pre-market. I sold 1/5 of my shares at .23, just to take some money out. The stock seems to trade higher in pre-mkt than regular trading hrs. Recent case in point was last week when it went to .28 in pre-mkt, but only had a high of .20 in regular hours.
It it goes up I still have most of my investment left, but it feels good to get some of my money out, particularly since a few days ago I thought it was all gone.

good news guys, this is a beautiful deal for sirius, they will have no debt problems till what 2011-2012? This gives plenty of time to realize the full result of synergies and develop that fcf, this thing should freaking fly today. The deal is so freaking stockholder friendly, and trust me having malone on baord will bring all those investor's who follow malone's every move, this is ****ing huge guys, man im pumped!!!!
