Still no confirmation of a deal with liberty

yea i know it is friday night and a 3 day weekend. but the news does not stop. i cant believe Mel would leak a deal with Liberty as a strategy to get a better deal from Ergen. it has been 3 hours the tabloid NY Post published the deal. Maybe there is no deal with liberty. maybe Liberty is conspiring with Mel for whatever reason to get Ergen to give siri a better deal. i have gone from glee to worried to paranoid.

    No confirmation

You ask me to chill. The only thing that is chilling is my vodka and diet sprite. U post a lot and accurate posting. U have got to wonder why reutors or ap is not confirming the deal. Not even motely fool posts confirmation or the venerable steet.com cramers site.

Yes, i am paranoid with all of the articles eveyone asleep on switch. I doubt it. Legitimate news sources must be trying to verifying the deal is done. This news if published by other sources would result in many hits on the site and more advertising dollars per hit and nothing now.

FUNFUN: you mean all of these publications that have been overly negative on Sirius for the past 3 years are hesitant to publish good news about Sirius being out of the danger zone? Surely you jest...

For all of you Texans out there: I am really thinking hard about another Meet-And-Greet this coming Saturday night (The 21st, not tomorrow). Any of you guys interested? San Antonio and Austin are not that long of a drive... We could get some hard core partying going!!

You know, I have to totally agree with this statement. I bought in late (9 months ago) and thus have a low avg. Tues night I was convinced that I was going to sell before I lost everything. To be honest though, guys like Tripp, Demian, Newman, Homer, S.O., Bill, and a bunch of others I left out made me hold. Infact I bought more this afternoon!

    Thanks guys!

There is some definate brain power regarding investing on this board. I hope it stays that way!

The Motley Fool can take his roller coaster and insert it like a suppository. Then I hope it rusts and he gets lock jaw.
