Let’s hope!!!! that even if a chapter 11 filling take place it is a temporary step to protect operating capital and by added time for financing to be put in place. The government financing program should be aimed at assisting ailing business like Sirius who has a good long term business model and millions of investors who can loose it all. Much like the closing of a bank! Write your congressmen and keep the faith. They may still pull off the refinance!
i just dont see a situation where bk takes place and the common is left in place. Any1 know of a situation where the common stayed in a chapter 11

alright im now to the point after hearing mel tell sal the stockbroker that this story did not come from sirius and that this is malarky and seeing the other news which pretty much shows the nyt was using false info or it was using a 2 week old story which was no big deal at the time and putting it in a new way that would seem far more definite then it really is, I I DONT BUY THIS TO THE EXTENT I BOUGHT IT LAST NIGHT, ID SAY 80-20 80% BEING THAT IT DOES NOT FILE BK. im holding steady, cant do anything else, at least it has climbed from.3 to .8 this morning, still expecting soemkind of sell off when market opens though.
