    Newman/Demian/SO/Tripp

Your thoughts would be appreciated. I have 81000 shares avg of .59 Can average down alittle more to about .50 with COH with .10 pps. As you can see, I am on the outside looking in at the time being..meaning difficult to profit in the near future. unfortunately, have way too much invested in SiriusXM. I do not have the luxury of trading throughout the day. I have to set buy/sell orders in advance. How would you knowledgable guys play this?

    Thanks

Honestly this is a question only you can answer, I would consult your broker, or come up with your own plan.

    Its your money!!

    Tyler Savery states...

Now that the cat is out of the bag, Ergen has perhaps lost a bit of his leverage. The debt he has acquired is not enough to take control even if it were all converted to shares. He likely still needs to buy up shares on the open market, which could begin to drive up the share price.

    My Question is...

If Ergin was to buy lots more shares to get more control of SiriusXm what do you think the price he would drive the pps to while buying the additional shares?

just looking for some different opinions. As long as they don't BK, I think that eventually I can recoup at least some of my current loss. wondering if we are too close to reporting/Feb debt news to dump some on small pop and buy back lower. You know..thinking out loud!

I would agree, to close to reporting, buying at these levels is probably safe. Unless we go belly up!! But I don't see that happening just yet, I hope.

The lower you can get your average the better in my opinion, but that is just me, and I am frequently wrong!!

Do you know if a BK filing affects limit sell orders? If BK, and the shorts have to cover, can a limit sell order be placed?

Thinking out loud is a safe position....if you haven't noticed, I do it all of the time...haha

If it pops, I am selling and then laying back until I get a clear picture...I am at .16 right now. The only morning that I didn't get my butt out of bed was the day that it popped. I couldn't believe it. I would have sold in a heart beat, because my avg. was low enough to do it. With few exceptions, when there is a pop, there is a reversal. The faster the pop, the quicker it reverses.

I really hope that everybody makes out on this deal. I will be really small potatoes compared to most of you, so I hope that we all can win and that you get your money back....plus more.

Screw the talking heads. The fact that Management doesn't every say a word makes it the hardest.

I would call you broker to confirm that one, or Newman would probably know.

I think it would reset. Be cleared from your orders.
