Homeland Security Secretary and Trump lapdog Kristi Noem told Ed O'Keefe on CBS-TV's Face The Nation August 31 that "L.A. wouldn’t be standing today" if Trump had not sent the National Guard to Los Angeles to quell anti-ICE protests. "That city would have burned down if left to the devices of the Mayor and the Governor." Uh, no, it wouldn't have.

King Donald on August 16 said he will issue an executive order to abolish mail-in-voting, which, he claims (with zero evidence), leads to "widespread fraud" and "automatically crooked elections." He also said, "We are now the only country in the world that uses mail-in voting." Uh, no. Thirty-three other countries allow mail-in voting. Approximately one in three American voters uses vote-by-mail. King Donald has found a way to punish Colorado for allowing vote-by-mail. Will King Donald find a way to punish each of the other 49 states?

The United States Department of Defense oversees the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force and National Guard. King Donald the First has decided that the name "Department of Defense" is "too wokey" – his new favorite expression to parrot – and therefore the executive department will (unofficially) revert to the name it had from 1789 to 1947.

Charlie Kirk, a right-wing political activist and commentator, was shot and killed September 10 while speaking at Utah Valley University. Tyler Robinson, 22, has been arrested and on September 16 will be formally charged with aggravated murder. King Donald has already issued his decision on the cause of political violence: "The radicals on the left are the problem. They're vicious and they're horrible." Tyler grew up in a pro-gun, anti-gay, conservative Christian home. He is not "radical left."
