I am going to hang till at least Monday on AIB. The indicators are really saying the price is going to go down. They could change tomorrow but they have wide gaps in them right at the moment. I am going to play the chart for today and hang till then.
I will keep an eye on it though and may change my mind, but not for now. Once I get AIB then I will keep all of my positions, like Tripp is doing and look for something new and fresh and leave the ones I have the hell alone.
Here is my reasoning....The RSI is pointing down which indicates a downtrend ....The MACD EMA (9) is running parallel with the MACD (12,26). The MACD EMA (9) is on the wrong side of the MACD (12,26) and it is not making any move to crossing the MACD (12,26) which is an indicator of dropping prices. Bearish.
The ADX is totally bearish. The DMI+ and DMI- are totally on the wrong sides of each other and are running parallel. The ADX is climbing which shows that the trend is strengthening.
Unless they change tomorrow, it is down, down, down.....let's see what happens. On top of that above, this stock does not make radical shifts. It runs parallel for a long time and then gracefully crosses. So with this info, I say down.
If you look at it over 30 days, 20 days, 10 days, 5 days, 1 day, you can pretty much tell where it is going. It does not make radical shifts.
Pull up a chart and check the MACD, RSI, ADX over those time periods I just described and let me know what you think. You don't even have to know how to read these to see what I am saying.

It sounds like I've finally found a thread that has good information, common sense, and no lame ass name calling. The information is good. IMHO sounds like everyone here wants the country to succeed...not necessarily the pres, the dems, or the repubs. I think that we can all pretty much agree too far left or right and this country goes to hell in a hand basket. I voted for Bush twice. I do not blame him for the current ecomonic situation. sure he F'ed up here and there..all presidents do. But he also had plenty of help from both the house and the senate. They sent him the crap...and he signed them. He is ultimately the one to blame but that is not quite fair. I just hope and pray that Obama can come closer to the center as he progresses in his presidency. But I think that we need to be careful with his Stimulus package. Yes we need infrastructure, manufacturing, and massive tax cuts. But currently, we don't need contraception/STD funding, and don't get me started on ACORN. That one really pisses me off. I don't believe that we need to rush into this...get right...Japan F'ed up 8 times in the 90's with their stimulus packages. I would not be able to sleep tonight if didn't mention that carzy bitch Pelosi. her freaking state is issueing IOU's to government employees while she flies around in her private jet. Their state I fear is beyond repair..and it is mainly due to their welfare. Unfortunately, your right, the poor and lower middle class get hurt the worst in this kind of economy. And don't forget Michigan. their idea to fix their suffering ecomony was to raise taxes through the roof, now their really screwed. Detroit is the arm pit of the country and the Gov of the state is an advisor to Obama.
All in all, I want Obama to succeed! But I will scream from the rooftops when I feel that he taking us down the road of no return.
Just trying to keep it real.
Ya'll have a good evening.
The STOCK INDEXES http://quotes.ino.com/exchanges/?c=indexes
The March NASDAQ 100 posted an inside day with a lower close on Thursday as it consolidated some of Wednesday's rally. The low-range close sets the stage for a steady to lower opening on Friday. Stochastics and the RSI are bullish signaling that sideways to higher prices are possible near-term. If March extends Wednesday's rally, the reaction high crossing at 1256.25 is the next upside target. Closes below the 10-day moving average crossing at 1184.40 would signal that a short-term top has been posted. First resistance is Wednesday's high crossing at 1244.75. Second resistance is the reaction high crossing at 1256.25. First support is today's low crossing at 1196.00. Second support is the 10-day moving average crossing at 1184.40.
The March S&P 500 index posted an inside day with a lower close on Thursday as it consolidated some of yesterday's rally. The low-range close sets the stage for a steady to lower opening on Friday. Stochastics and the RSI are bullish signaling that sideways to higher prices are possible near-term. If March extends this week's rally, the reaction high crossing at 915.80 is the next upside target. Closes below the 10-day moving average crossing at 836.82 would temper the near-term bullish outlook. First resistance is Wednesday's high crossing at 874.50. Second resistance is the reaction high crossing at 915.80. First support is today's low crossing at 842.70. Second support is the 10-day moving average crossing at 836.82.
The Dow closed lower on Thursday due to profit taking as it consolidated some of Wednesday's rally. The low-range close sets the stage for a steady to lower opening on Friday. Stochastics and the RSI are turning bullish signaling that sideways to higher prices are possible near-term. Closes above the 20-day moving average crossing at 8436 are needed to confirm that a short-term low has been posted. If the Dow extends this month's decline, November's low crossing at 7449 is the next downside target. First resistance is Wednesday's high crossing at 8405. Second resistance is the 20-day moving average crossing at 8436. First support is last Friday's low crossing at 7909. Second support is November's low crossing at 7449.

If you are Catholic, do the Rosary for us three timesI don't know it or I would. And throw in a couple of Hail Marys for us.
Hey, Just Sirius
Don't even get me started on ACORN!!
And who is tied to it.
For those whom pay mortgages here, read the fine print on your closing papers. Oh, yes!! You pay about 2/300 a year to ACORN.
And Nazi Pelosi, after what I saw today, she is the puppet master, and running everything behind the scenes.
We have 2 more years before we vote again, a lot of damage will be done to our country before we can stop the bleeding.
Don't forget the approval rating for the house / senate, its lower than Bushes rating.

ACORN, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, is the nation's largest community organization of low and moderate income families working.......
Obama comes from a community organizing background, he obviously supports organizations who try and make a diff in low income communities, take a look at their website. They are working with obama on helping families who have forclosed or are close to it, if u elect a community organizer as president you can expect him to give money to community organization's, just like bush gave all his oil buddies all that money and cheney with haliburton etc... etc....A least with obama its an non profit org and not a shady corp.

If you show up in there, then stand the f**k bye!![]()
if i didnt show up in the thread you guys would have nothing to fight about ^_^

Man!! I was just replying to (Just Sirius) ladies!!
Its not a bad idea, I barely have the time for this blog alone.
But we need another place to gripe about this crap.
Since this is a Democracy!! We should name/vote on the (politics/thread) together.
My vote for the name of the thread is: Tripp is a socialist!!! LOL!!
Kidding Tripp!!
We can discuss it over the weekend if you guys want, otherwise start the thread, and I will chime in when I have time, granted we are all busy.
Be well everyone and have a good night!!![]()
