Yeah all we can do is wait and see Bill.

I am trying to dig up any good news about the credit markets, just don't see anything new/good to even mention.

I am trying to stay positive, but I have to be a realist too.

Hopefully this won't drag on for to long, looks like we are going to turn into Japan. God help us!! I don't want to go down that road!!

Me either, the nationalism totally f****d up their economy for years. It caused it to go stagnant. This really really worries me. Let the free market take care of itself, we don't need a mommy to get it done.

The market could be as boring as milk toast if the government keeps doing what it is doing.

I don't like it.....I don't like it at all, no sir. Did you ever watch Ren and Stimpy? If you did, that horse on there cracks me up with that...I don't like it...no sir....I don't like it at all.

    Anyways,

Here is a good visual example:

You go to one end of a lake and fill up three buckets of water. You go to the other end and dump in three buckets of water. What have you accomplished? Absolutely nothing, but put that water in another location.

That is like taking $10 from Florida and putting it in Kansas. Again, nothing accomplished.

    Gtxo

I have figured out GTXO. It is a good stock. I have been watching it very close this afternoon and I know what the problem is.

Somebody buys the stock and there is a Last Price...say .11 The ask is .12 The bid is .109........So the guy with the bid sits there and the seller caves to bid price. That is one of two things going on.

The other is mystifying. The last price is .11 The ask price is .11 ????? The bid price is .102 again the ask price is the same as the last price and still the seller caves to the bid price.

Its a great stock, but people don't know what the hell they are doing there.

I am going to hang with it...I find it kind of an amusing stock. I'll have to find a way or we can find a way to manipulate it up and overcome the dumb asses there. It is really kind of a challenge.

There is nothing wrong with the company or stock itself.

I am just not worried at this point.

A guy could sell it at the beginning of the day if he wanted, because it goes up to the high of the day then, in case you haven't noticed.

So blah blah blah blah blah I am going to hang with it.

I don't want to get off topic to much Bill, but did you see all of the pork they attached with the bailout money?

Here is the link the the line item veto bill

    http://loudobbs.tv.cnn.com/

Ren/Stimpy is a great show!! have not seen it around in a while.

There is even money, (our money) in there to study global warming LOL!!

Oh, and Al Gore had to reschedule his meeting in Washington because of the ice storm, and yes, he was there to discuss global warming!!!

Same thing happened to Gore last year.

If this continues, hopefully people will wake up and say, Why should I pay taxes?

I know it wont happen, but if every single tax payer in this country decided to stop paying. What is the government going to do, arrest the whole country?

    I can dream!!!

Good analogy with the water, cause its exactly whats happening.

Choking on my sandwich....ha ha...Got caught in an ice storm...I have tears coming out of my eyes!

I am going to read through that document in a bit. I have to go to the liquor store first and pick up some Maker's Mark.

I made some good gains today in lots of my stocks. I will go over those that we have been talking about in this thread in a while also.

Why not study the penis sizes of centipedes? Makes as much sense as spending money on global warming. Sister Nancy and Brother Harry will eventually get burned at the stake. They could fuel the fire with Barney Frank and Christopher Dodd.

Man, those people know how to screw up shit.

After I read that document I will probably need Prozac.

    tty in a bit

I dont like how they are gonna handle the people with bad loans rates and are going to default...If your 2 months behind in your payments they will contact you for a refi....Drop your interest rate and extend the life of the loan....thats wrong they should let everyone have the same 4% across the board... I struggle every month.... and put $350,000 down cash...Im at 6.37% Dont I deserve or other hard working people who fight to make their payments also deserve a break.... o well.... get use to it.... The republicans dont even have enough votes to counter anything...They all voted against it with 10 dem and it didn mean anything.....I say it will affect tomorrow drastically.... will see...anyway I will get another shot at those bank stocks at a good price...I not angry its just the price we pay to live in this country.....
