SiriusXM Onyx home tuner reception issues

I have a rather peculiar problem that just started happening. I have the Onyx home tuner. All of a sudden despite 2 or 3 bars showing decent reception, I have to move the receiver around to locate the signal to play anything and most times now it's just dead air despite the tuner showing that I'm in good shape. Moving the antenna around does nothing. I am actually picking up the tuner and holding it in the air or turning it around in the air to get anything to play.. Where is my problem? All connections are tight. Thank you.

Where is the antenna? If in a window with exposure to the south it should pick up.
